Haha...not every technical support know...I asked from Penang techincian..cuz I encounter a show car can't start for few days then I found out they sw to parking suis
The purpose is to reducing battery consume during parking certain sensor was activated and some sensor was hibernate..for those for wanna travel for a week or long period need to sw the suis..in order to keep the battery safe...and the sw jz like a safe mode...eventually battery will gone slowly but still will flat if don drive.
FYI near drawer sw box..I haven dare to open it..until I get clear instruction to do.

Just to share with those who plan to send their car to CSL for service or inspection. I did mine 2.5k inspection last Saturday and tried to let them know the problems I was facing with my car. Guess what, SC said they don't fix problems on Saturdays coz not enuff technician or rather main technicians not around. So they only do purely service and inspection according to schedule. If I want to solve issues then have to bring my car back on weekdays. Pengsan.

Hi Robin, what time your appointment? i also sent my cars for 10K services this Friday 9am. Last time when doing reservation, they also mention if normal services can come on Saturday but if got complaint need to come on weekdays. Hope they can entertain my complaint this Friday. Just wanna ask them to check my battery and aircond internal circulation.

Yeah i'm going to CSL for 10K services...2.5K inspection done at Glenmarie. Just wanna try few SC to experience different treatment style.. . For 20K i'm plan to visit Geotauto..see you this Friday..

2.20pm fuel leaking underneath

4.10pm arrival at KD SC

5.20pm SC guy informed me car need to stay overnight. Need further checking as they want to take out the fuel tank (SC CLOSED AT 5.30pm)..

Ask for courtesy car but they cannot provide one.. I told him that it was not easy to get taxi at that area.. Anothet SC guy help to call taxi..

5.50pm he told me cannot get taxi.. He again try to seek another taxi company

6.20pm he told me no taxi. Call another taxi company

6.35pm he told me no taxi..

During the conversation between me and SC guy, somebody approached us and volunteer to send me to 1U taxi stand.. Thank God..!!

Just imagine you stranded somewhere far away from your house and this thing happen to you, what can you do?

You travel to JB > something happen > tow to nearest SC > car stay overnight > what would you do?

Done 10k service.. Fuel leak repaired.. Total damage: RM395.19 due to using TOTAL oil.. Was that amount correct?
