On 4.1.2 stock rom

I am a fulltime photographer and I shoot in raw format not jpegs and those files are huge, that is why I need a lot HDD space. As for monitors, it is easy to do post processing and editing with 2 monitors. One my left monitor will be bridge and on my right will be Photoshop.

Ah, moreso the reason for Hackintosh as well....Photoshop and all the creative software do admittedly work better on Mac.

There are no other major flaws worth discussing on Note 2

Let's see if the Xperia Z can really beat Note 2 battery life with it's "innovative" smart mode and 2200maH battery. From the video I saw, it looks like Airplane mode to me

If you exclude the Wacom digitizer, Xperia Z is the only thing that really beats the Note2, but N2 still has half an inch more.

yeah, just rename the airplane mode and voila they have created an innovative invention called smar mode...

4.1.1 has no ink effect only 4.1.2.

I never use that ink effect eye candy, just so troublesome to take out the spen and swipe to unlock and put it back again...

With custom ROM, you don't need S-Pen.
Ripple and ink effect are combined. Can swipe with finger.
I remembered when I swiped in front of my iPhone friend, she went "wah".

You can use Kies but it is very slow or just use the update from phone OTA.
The easiest way is to download stock ROM from Sammobile.com and use a software called PC Odin to flash it.

Monx DLL3 (4.1.1 ?) already had it and it worked even with your finger

DLL3 is 4.1.2 if I remember correctly.

Played with my sister's monx ROM today and I really miss the blue sleek looking. I did tell her that I might flash to latest monx's work, guess what I'm downloading the file now.
