My streamyx keep having a weird issue, PPP connected but no data stream doh.gif

Technician visited me but can't solve, waiting them to send their boss

TM phone me this morning but I missed and they notify me closed my case

Seem like they fixed my issue, not sure that they does but certainly no longer keep having PPP no data

The UL 1Mbit is somehow a bug laugh.gif

Me get it sometime too but don't really mind about speed on Streamyx, mine is so stable that always peaked according to my ADSL speed after overhead

Definitely TM's problem, I checked the wiring in my house and tested multiply modem doh.gif

My area is partially covered (half of the housing area)

My main issue is the low SNR Margin which affect the disconnection
What is your SNR Margin

I had been a 1Mbit and 4Mbit previously and 8Mbit user now

They gave me a 1536 port when I am using 1Mbit, 5120 when 4Mbit and 10237 now, I never beg, maybe the technician is good to me

So, unless they give you the port speed higher than your subscribed plan, else you wont get your advertised speed.

Sometime it depends on your cable quality, my copper cable is broken now, still waiting TM to send someone to fix

My SNR Margin is just 6dB but I still able to use it.

Just sometime my Sync Speed will drop

Just go to the settings and choose forced encryption

Mine already fix, the technician naik tiang and fixes some cable then my SNR done

Usually one working day, complaint to them now if you want they come and fix on Monday biggrin.gif

Directly tell them the wire at the Tiang putus and telephone cant use. USe a neighbor phone nod.gif
