When The Apocalypse began it was as Regan suggested a World Class type of magic but the thing is, it never stopped there that was only stage one, the magic is still ongoing and the world is slowly transforming from what is was like a game to be more like the real world, hence why people are now starting to make their own food, the flavor text actually becoming real and the world is growing to fit the original size as the earth was. it is taking so slow because just like when certain magic needs casting time as well as certain amount of time to take affect a world magic on that scale will take time as well.

Also in this episode it explains what i was trying to say why Tetra is not a trap not anymore anyway. the world magic that is affecting everything are also affecting the avatars, while they still retain there memories they are completely merging with their avatar so their moods, behavior , physical changes are changing them to fir there actually bodies so in a literal sense u are completely 100% turning from a boy to a girl and a girl into a boy hence why Tetra is not a trap.

Ah it happened i kept avoiding telling everyone as not to spoil. Krusty is now gone from the picture. The flavor text on that scythe listed as causing calamities and losing your arm and being taken away is indeed a bad calamity. Don't Worry later down the road u will find out what actually happened to krusty although some might not like it. just wait for awhile.
