I am sure Pavilion quality at the end will not be too shabby but wait for their nice marketing material to come all the nice unit already been snapped up. So the investor of hilltop must have done some homework before do the purchasing.

I can confidently inform you that there is minimal distraction coming from the highway the concern on any property buying is will there be another construction next to the prmise you bought in the futue because that could be even more noisy..

Good eye, anybody know weather Pavilion name will be in? Permata cermat ne is not a problem, it's a standard practice that a new company name has to be establish for each project, they can call it xxx sdn bhd but the parent company behind it is important. Anyone?

Second check on thier website revealed that pavilion hilltop is a right reserved name, so I think pavilion name should be in

Yes the layout look dissapointing but I think it's just the crappy job of the artist impression and that Pavilion was pressure to come out with the brochures due to many complains from customers that they do not have anything to show customer include thier website, but I believed that the actual design should be much much better . here some other crappy "artist impression" that is a bit better compare to the building facet.

Noblebaby.. herad from the people that nationalities who buy into Hilltop are Japanese. Taiwanese, Japanese, PRC, British, Singaporean, Malaysian and etc

Pavilion Hilltop or Residency 22?.. for me investment in Mont Kiara can do it with close eyes, wait until the HSR is done you will know the true value of Mont Kiara, I last heard Block B has alrd completely snapped up and Block A is almost sold out- target around 80% by end of this month I think, block C will launch next month, so far it has perform better than Acroris, but I dont want to pit Pavilion against Sunrise UEM, I tink they both did a fabulous job one is Publika another one is Pavilion Shopping mall.

been to Ampang Korean town a lot lately, does not see anything special there perhaps more for middle class Korean, MK is like Gangnum in Korea not many Korean can afford to stay there.

Nomos, agreed with you , I think ppl buy into MK is because the exclusive tag, if the place were meant for high traffic like Ampang , the exclusive feel is gone.

Agreed but still sell like hot cakes and I mut say it is the brand and please do not underestimate branding, a brand itself can worth hundred of millions or even billions. I own a unit in Seni and for those who think that staying next to highway is noisy, trust me you cant hear a thing.

Rent my unit out, happy with the condition eventhough with a bit of issue here and there, another good thing about Mont Kiara is you are more likely to get quality tenant, Seni was a good investment for me, my unit has a command view of KLCC and I am very happy with the purchase. The occupancy rate is high unlike what I have heard from comment outside, dont even bother to explain anymore, I know better as an investor there.
