One thing I am glad to see so far the construction progress of this project, still too early to tell but it look pretty neat- the barrication and netting are done properly -well this could simply means that the contractor are systematic and cares about what they are doing . Not too sure how's VIVOCOM (subsidiary of CRCC) quality of work in general from thier previous projects care to share?

I think it looked ok, look at the ultra luxury Ruma KLCC with hotel selling at 3.5k psf http://www.the-ruma.com/m_progress.html. Or another ultra luxury four season progresss photo.

Smallest unit still available ? 1,200 sf -3 rooms unit I thought was lonnn...ggggg gone since first launching that's the hot cakes, maybe will call -very interested if still available.

Nanahara I am very curious which SA told you still got unit left for 1,200 sf? Mind to share who ? I called and ask habuk pun tak ada -only in my dream I will get one. I was told 1,200 SF unit is the most sellable.

I think she meant Arte and Solaris Parq..these are actually nearer to Pavilion/Seni side of MK and nearer to future proposed MRT. Over the "old" MK side some units for Arcoris at secondary market are asking for >1k psf

Not really biggest unit at Parq already more than 1k even after factor in the discount.

Those were villa units- 1,200 sf unit were long gone even 2 years ago I went to MK showroom ( and again yesterday call to level 8) to make request the SA look at me funny when I asked him, I was told by him that only 1st phase buyers were lucky enough to secured the units for the price has gone up the most for that size . I asked him why ,he said there's a lot of motivated buyers on waiting list for the 1,200sf unit, so that's why I am very surprised when u said that it's still available.

For many so called "property expert" it's easy to toe-the-line of politically correct statement without inviting some arguements i.e. Mk is over supply - for me it is overstated.
For me I think they failed to understanding the essence of investment, MK offers more than just bricks-and-mortar and ROI it's a place that breath liveability and affluence, for me this is a place I can invest to bring up my children - many expats family in MK is a testament in itself. This is the main reason I am looking again to buy Pavilion MK.

Residensi 22 look damn good in the catalogue but the finished product looked damn tacky with the exterior brown shades look completely different than the rendering. Pavilion Hilltop catalogue exterior reindeering doesn’t look very impressive to me but I must say its current incomplete version already look better. Let’s wait for the finish product.
