my fren called maxis.. this time he get the answer saying that there's too much complain about network congestion so maxis put quota on Unlimited users and getting feedback from users.. will see how it goes, unlimited might come back or might not.
I think we dig our own grave. even got unlimited still always complain line slow.. even it's 2-4mbps.. LOL... |

I called cs and the cso said i'm using biz 68 and my limit is 30gb. She told me to dial *136*9*1# to check my usage. But when i dialed the system gave the message this service is unavailable for unlimited plan.
Wtf maxis? |

Till today still got CSO telling us to check by *136*9*1#. Really!!! Can't they get their info right? Communication service provider which failed big time in internal communication

Update: just called cs again, it took 5 minutes for the cso just to check my usage. He told me I'm capped at 6gb because I'm a new user and charged pro rate since my billin cycle is on the tenth.
He also said I'll be able to use 30 gb quota after 10th feb. Wtf, maxis. I don't buy this capping bs. Another note, i used my the same sim to call them, seems that the signal is not stable and always on a range of 3 bar to full bar. |
