What they mean is there is no different for 68 and 99 now as all capped at 30GB.
This is happened just like before all is unlimited, NO DIFFERENT.
The only different is FUP at 3GB and 6GB means they can suka suka capped u at 3GB(68) and 6GB(99) as what they did for 30GB now.
If you are insist getting the answer for "fair" or "unfair" in between 68/99, the only so called "fair" situation is 68 capped in 3GB and 99 capped in 6GB which i dont think this is what we all want, right? cry.gif

I guess they really have problem in the system so we all cant check the quota. (so you got diff quota as well)
As you can see, all cs telling different quota because they just based on the quota shown in the system and telling you the "truth".
They already known the system problem so decided to hide it until everything is set back correctly.
If everyone can check the quota easily, then will be a lot more complaint saying why he got 30, i got 5, u got 9, so on...
of course this is not the best solution but this might be a quick solution for them with hiding the quota.
You might ask why dont they just set all to 30GB or unlimited...of course i believe they might have their reason or the system is not as simple as what we think.

So for all subscriber (new or old), they are still discussing and haven't finalize it so please just wait.... (and keep complain to MCMC if you are not satisfy with current situation smile.gif )

Maxis keep trying to brain wash user the FUP since 2007 where unlimited data is cap at 6GB to convince all user accept the 6GB if they plan to enforce it.
Set the system to monitor any excessive usage and apply necessary treatment..sounds like telling us "now i will hide the quota, and apply any quota myself if i determine you are excessive usage subscriber" mad.gif

Anyway, i think i already heard they said getting feedback from users since 2 weeks ago, but what is the dateline? this thing happened for 3 weeks time already and they still don't get enough complain from user (like us)?
they implement the quota and hide the quota...it doesn't seems like getting feedback from user but more to hide the truth from user... sad.gif

Hope someone who can represent all the unlimited package (pls DON'T againts in between legacy or biz) and telling the whole story about how dirty the maxis suddenly implement 30GB quota from unlimited without notification (some even 5GB) and hide the quota currently to prevent more complain.

Ya, you are right.

GUYS!! Nobody knows what will happened because i believe maxis is not yet decide anything yet (they might in planning but who knows?)
As safar said, Maxis will do proper announcement if they really want to do something since they had face a lot of complaint because of this mistake.
So just enjoy your life now and stop worry the unknown future. thumbup.gif
