Does anyone ever use Blackberry BIS/BES service with their SIM?

The truth is.. I don't even know what's the difference between the 68 and 99 package..
When I register.. they hand out this brochure (or pamphlet)...
Both having the same 'value' (data, free call, sms, mms...)
But the plan comes with different phone (yeah.. we're getting a free phone that time :3...)
So i thought.. only that phone makes the price difference... (silly me..)

For some unknown reason.. my quota was capped at 29.07GB... while my other line at 30GB XD... A GB difference

Before this.. even 20mbps still 'faster than 95%' ^^;

It's hard to even reach >10mbps nowadays...

A bit confuse now...
Before this.. when check.. it says quota 30 GB..

This morning.. when I call.. they say suddenly my quota is 6GB and i've used it all ~.~"
And no.. maxis didn't send me any sms for 80/100% usage...

But i still can browse normal speed.. not throttled yet..

But still.. CS can't check my usage/balance... it's their 'new policy' ~.~"

Another ~2weeks to go.. and still left with 20GB :3...

I don't know whether it's because Maxis is getting slower (hence, the usage increase slowly).. Or i've become a bit worry to 'overuse' the line...
Now less streaming... and image board surfing because of the limitation...

But yeah.. connection getting worst by the day..
Now.. normally can only achive ~5mbps.. even during the night T___T

I call once in the morning.. they say can't check for my package... 'new policy'..
But later at night.. can check.. balance 21GB...

I ask.. why my other line got 30 GB.. and my line 29GB?..
They twist around.. and said... my package quota is only 6GB.. and add more...
"MAXIS HAVE RIGHT TO CONTROL ONCE I GO OVER THAT LIMIT"

I just applied Streamyx 8mbps...
Even tho i donno can support or not..
Even 4mbps i'm not really sure they can provide XD

Read back a few threads, and u know what's happening..
No.. quota is still there.
First u can check with ussd code.
Then they disable it.. u must call them to know your usage/balance..
Later.. they disable that too. saying that they can't check your balance... (But yesterday they did tell me...)

If you call and argue about 'unlimited'... they'll say..
1] Unlimited.. means.. after qouta.. u still 'can' surf at CRAWLING SPEED
2] Unlimited Quota.. they have FUP...

The plan is 6GB...
Once u reached that limit.. Maxis has 'the right' to control you internet speed... according to their FUP...
Altho it's 6GB.. Maxis still allow user the full access until 30GB before they throttle down...

That's what according to several CS that I called up...

I can vouch for that :3...
Speed in the noon.. reaching 12mbps...
Normally won't go past 7/8 around this time XD

Lol.. watching the stream for Blackberry 10...
~1hour 20minutes... it's ~1.5GB already...

No surfing for me tonite using Maxis XD
