see., diff cs said 2 diff answer... online chat with cs, they said 68 by right capped at 3gb and 99 capped at 6gb... no 4 or 5 gb... but currently maxis decide to capped all at 30gb....


then i ask whats the diff in this case , what for pay for 99 if 68 can enjoy 30gb.... the cs repeat again...68 will capped at 3gb and 99 capped at 6gb.... really wan to kill myself when talk to them.... roti canai here and there end up i still don hv a satisfied answer for 68 and 99 diff...

fine... i ask can i downgrade to 68 from 99... he said yes i can....so i ask, if i downgrade to 68, will i capped at 3gb then ? then he said will capped at 30gb as standard... then why some capped at 5gb ah?

when those legacy user that share multisim with heavy download partner.... they will cry more...

What they mean is there is no different for 68 and 99 now as all capped at 30GB.
This is happened just like before all is unlimited, NO DIFFERENT.
The only different is FUP at 3GB and 6GB means they can suka suka capped u at 3GB(68) and 6GB(99) as what they did for 30GB now.
If you are insist getting the answer for "fair" or "unfair" in between 68/99, the only so called "fair" situation is 68 capped in 3GB and 99 capped in 6GB which i dont think this is what we all want, right?

I check my usage earlier, it was stated 30gb quota, but recently the ussd check is no longer available on my plan.

I went to maxis KLCC today to get another multisim, at the same time to understand more on the capped issue, that maxis guy said he is using the unlimited plan too, last few days it was capped to 30gb but the capped has been abolished, not sure how true, but the hope is there.

Honestly, if biz68/biz99 capped at 3gb/5gb respectively, its really unreasonable, as well take the surfmore 75 @5gb.

Hi. Let me explain some different between 68 & 99
68 & 99 both come with contract/ without contract.
The different of 68 & 99 with contract is the subsidy of the phone. 99 package come with higher subsidy compared to 68.

And for no contract, is rather ppl take 68 since it offer the same unlimited(last time) than 99 lo.

anyways, since this is for non-legacy (biz 99, 98, or the 'unpackaged RM250 PAYU', i'm going to kickstart a discussion about the RM per GB RM/GB or GB/RM (depending on how you look at it)

so, as far as i can recall, you can purchase extra data once you hit the quota limit, correct?

Now, i'm taking into consideration that one of the "BEST" value for value for Maxis, has been the biz99 (of course i'm just lunking), that you get a pretty fair deal of 30GB for RM99, that's something like RM0.3 per gig, and then i'm linking WBB (but ONLY because this is the "if you have maxis postpaid, you get a discount by paying this only sum) of 28GB (7+21) for RM118, and you'll get a whooping RM0.23 per gig.

however, the major kicker is,
assuming the WORST value for value is that 10cents per 10kb, is it capped? I haven't read anythign that says its capped on the page Maxis Mobile Internet - Packages and Charges. in fact, the quota says N/A. If its N/A, but you pay a maximum of RM250, very good deal. But if there's no ceiling, you'll be screwed.

So what's the best value for value you can get these days for your maxis mobile internet?

(by the way, i'm using this formula of max usage of RM200 as per one of maxis's old ipad plans as a comparison, that's how i rolled until the new AM+AM plan rolled out.
