Those who have the Hallowed bow, use enchanting to max out your weapon damage.

I've got nice 40K DPS bonus from enchanting my Hallowed bow.

I'm still using old build cause haven't find any build changing legendaries. Anyone got any new build that is mobile and kills fast without requiring certain legendaries to share?

Hungering Arrow try Devaouring Arrow
since you have The Ninth quiver is very powewrful cause u get total of 59% to pierce with 70% increase on each peircing you going to see 1m crit everytime..

Elemental Shot try Ball Ligtning
This skill can shoot the enermy twice in single shot 300%x2...

Vengence try Seethe
Regen ur hatred by 10 persec....just spam ball Lightning youll see ur hatred hardly go down...I can take down elite in single vengence use in T1

optional skill
Rain of Vengence rune Dark cloud
just pust and forget....let it do the rest,,no hatred consume
I always activate ROV and Vengence together when it come to elite

Vault
Oh shit button..less disp use then other disp skill

passive
Balistic
this is a must if you use Vengence...100% more dmg on rocket...thats make 140% for ur rocket atk
and just by shooting Hungering Arrow alone rocket will come out also causing 240%

currently I use these build ...and pawn most of the elite in few sec..

Actually, that 100% means 2x the base damage, not additive from my research.

After taking some consideration on what you comment I change my hatred spender from elemental arrow to Cluster Arrow rune Cluster bomb..it does feel the killing are much faster now.

ok off topic : i only realize now the old assassin natalya has the join the order of demon hunters if you could remember who she was in diablo 2 sources http://diablo.wikia.com/wiki/Natalya

Cluster arrow --> rune use loaded for bear better
