this is the thing here ....
i bought phone in oz (much cheaper then here), phone got distortion, go to nokia dealer, they spend 20 minute, change me new phone.
I bought samsung in malaysia, phone got issue, got samsung service center, they blame me, argue, accept repair, it take two month, but phone come back same condition, send again, come back 2 month later samething (in between dunno call them how many time) ...

Truth be told, if I was in the OP's shoes I wouldn't be consoled by how the issues are described as small.

My case the bill was RM18xx for a full exterior respray. But who knew that their apparent definition of full exterior respray is only exposed painted metal parts of the car or similar? Simple job like taking the letterings off the car's boot wasn't even done. Door visors were also left on . Their rectification fixed most ( not all, lol, I'm not blind ffs ) of the things I listed out, but the unpainted part below the letterings was only exposed after the rectification. So much wasted time from travelling to the shop and back, and so much wasted money for a half-hearted job.
