Sometimes it's not Local Honda cheating, it's the dealers from Japan cheating. Not sure local dealers take orders from Honda Japan or some distributor.

Sorry they judge it via looking at the exterior part , exhaust, repaint, tyre 'torn' gone etc..

They dont know how the hybrid system running , but chasis wont bluff ppl one..

I don't think Japan law allow sales of flooded car like this. Especially exporting.

At least the ABS module would require to be replaced for safety regulations.

@honda malaysia (Adrian ) admits the car is already on the road car aka used car...at first he offers me change parts and 'maybe' some discount.. But then it is all depent on the dealer, thats mean it is all up the honda dealer... Of course i disagree, i said i dont mind travel to kl just only to meet you peronally, and i will travel one more time to penang to lodge a complaint with bn or pkr and also the media.. I added, people out there may surprise honda malaysia sell new car but give used car lor..?At the end, i give him two options, first, refund me whatever i had paid, or second, replace me a brand new car.. Then he said he will call the penang dealer up and make out for me...:-D

then since you buy in penang, most probably also again the dealer keep in open yard and penang island also seaside

Btw i will ask whether the car is year 2012 or 2013 first, coz kinda fobia with honda year end car, dunno dig out from which lubang pula...
If 2012, i will ask for full refund better, go for hyundai elantra..

Really trouble some, now im in kl (class started end of Feb), have to collect in Penang, if something wrong, have to go back again..lol..btw, im orang kedah..hahah
