Honda insight complaint!, Case solved, settle, fully refund !!!

From Jitra, Kedah went up to Honda Dealer in Penang to receive my brand new car, but unfortunately,
Problem found:
1. Correct colour? Whole car Pearl white turning into yellowish colour, especially the door handle..very obvious...
2. Smooth and clean surface? definately no. (refer to photo below)
3. Odometer reading <10km? No, it is 44km already.
4.Electric Folding Mirror? Working, but the signal lamp cover faded!!!
5. Steering control, the writing is faded...!!!!
6.Front Seats & Rear seats (clean and plastic covered)? Front seat with no plastic covered at all.. yet the fabric colour is different compared to rear seats, suspected the seat been used for long time already.
7. Arm Rest with broken piece of fabric!!!!
8. Some of the panel within engine compartment with sticker label already faded, seems had been washing for few times already.
9. Many parts within engine compartment becoming rusty, yellowish, thick dust covered within.
10. Whole Front grill got long thick water and dust marks, which is hardly to be removed by using polish.
11. There is disgusting finishing under the doorstep (left and right side) which is totally unbearable.
12. Four new tyres without 'torns', worst stil the tyre is made in 2nd week of 2012, AP released in Febuary, which mean Honda Malaysia is poorly trained their dealer in allocating the stock with 'first in first out basis.'
13. The new exhaust pipe is now rusted during collection.( suppose to be sparkling shine), suspected the car had been travel for quite some months already.
14. ABS unit within engine compartment is rusted...
15. Front and rear bonnet, spotted repainting marks and rusted part is still there, the dealer failed to hide their ugly side.
16. 'Hand roll curtain' located in rear bonnet, spotted defect mark on the curtain.
17. New car smell is no longer there, like buying a second hand car.

Called Honda Malaysia...
Customer service named ZAM, not helpful instead ask us to collect the car first.
I know once i collect the car, everything is final.
Honda Malaysia nowadays... HOPELESS!

The Penang dealer called back, said the exhaust pipe has changed!!..
You are now welcome to collect the car...
How funny is it, so i declined the offer.

Personally went up Honda Malaysia from Kedah to Petaling Jaya..
Meet Adrian (Honda staff), no clear cut solutions provided, have to undergone series of investigations by Honda Malaysia. He said he will let me know before this coming friday. Hopefully he will mark his words!!!

Honda malaysia (Adrian ) admits the car is already on the road car aka used car (not brand new car)...at first he offers me change parts and 'maybe' some discount.. But then it is all depent on the dealer, thats mean it is all up the honda penang dealer... Of course i disagree, i said i dont mind travel to kl just only to meet you peronally, and i will travel one more time to penang to lodge a complaint with bn or pkr and also the media.. I added, people out there may surprise honda malaysia sell new car but give used car lor..?At the end, i give him two options, first, refund me whatever i had paid, or second, replace me a brand new car.. Then he said he will call the penang dealer up and make out for me...:-D

Adrian (HM) said the penang 'v' dealer trying to unregister the car, then they will refund me everything... Good things, i can get rid of this car. Downside, i got no new car to use... Continue to use back my old waja...Piece of Mind rather than getting this 'Proton Insight'.

Fed up la.. It is always me chase Honda Malaysia for update instead of he automatically updates me thru phone call...Anyway, at last Honda Malaysia promises me a new replacement car... Hohoho~

Call up the dealer, coz the dealer never call me up even the case aleady almost 2 months...
really suck la this Penang Honda Dealer....
I ask them when is the car be ready, guess what? They said no such things new replacement car..
Then i call back adrian (HM) , unfortunately he is away, ill call him back tomorrow morning..this case drag me for almost 2 months liao...HONDA POWER OF DREAM? I DOUBT IT.#UPDATE 22/02/2013
Indeed Honda Malaysia is giving me another new replacement car, but the AP releases in March, (meaning the car had been serving under the hot sun for almost ONE year. Not to forgotten, the AP for previous 1st Insight is in February. That's one of reason why the bad condition came on. WHY other ppl can get REALLY year end car, but im getting shitty car.
He, Adrian (HM) gives me three options:
1st being fully refund,
2nd wait for 2013 car but with no discount, and
lastly 3rd accept this car.
Also, i ask him what else other than replacement, Honda Malaysia going to give me?
He said NONE at all, even i told him the hassle i gone thru such as value depreciate, insurance started off, time and etc...
He said Honda Malaysia never do that, and i will not get it..
