pay via kiosk , then call CSO to unbar , then with 90mins or so, it gets back to normal

Maybe your package is exempted , because we are suppose to be Unlimited and the sms is just a formality.

Or maybe legacy plan can speed up even 0 quota, like Celcom one. You just connect and disconnect to get the usual speed. No harm in trying.
