@davidke20 how much was it for all the bars? I'm looking at anti roll and also sturt for my Kimchi.

@lcy851031 Don't get confuse. Belta is the real JDM and only the 2nd generation Yaris is available in US.. and it's only the hot hatch.. with tons of difference - http://www.toyota.com/yaris/features.html

For most Asian markets (except Japan), the Belta is built and assembled in Thailand and the Philippines. For the Japanese, American and Middle Eastern markets (except Israel and Morocco) the Belta is built in Japan. The name "Belta" is a contraction of the Italian words "bella gente", or "beautiful people". There is a reason why the better built car was not sold here. smile.gif

The Toyota Vios is a four-door subcompact sedan developed for the South East Asia, China, and Taiwan markets. USA? sorry no 1st gen. 2nd gen? Oh.. tak laku so they only continue selling Yaris.. which is the hot hatch. smile.gif

It's a good enough starting car, ie if you're still not married and yet to own a car then Proton Saga FLX CVt would be very perfect.

FC is better on highway, my Saga full tank for highway driving can reach up to 420km (full tank is rm 65-70).

For city driving, if you can reach 250km it's good already.

As for the driving experience itself, I'd say the NVH is very bad meaning that noises from outside is very evident. If that doesn't bother me like I do, then it'd not be a prob.

For the quality of the car, it's actually very good. So far, I've yet to encounter a problem. I've even lenjan the car up to it's cut-off line and corner here and there and it still loves me like a loyal dog.

Love my Saga for these reasons smile.gif

Ikut kemampuan diri kita bro.. Jngan fikir sngat apa orang cakap..

Haha...

His just being sarcastic. Can't you see the things his fixing are all add on. Listen to those who own the car and driven them before instead those who told you. I listen hor my friend say bla bla bla and the list goes on. A lot ppl damn 3 8 one. They just listen and spread the rumors without even finding it out right or otherwise.

Bars are not "PERFORMANCE" part. It's FIX tool. To fix your handling and torsion rigidity flex.gif

Please consult Marhaihai directly. Factory in Subang. Quality of those products are awesome. Partial handmade. The last time I got my bar, I had to WAIT for it. Withness them construct those bars piece by piece. I have the confident to say 3MAX product either can match the well known BRAND, or out perform their competitor at a lower price flex.gif

Oi kawan, marah ka?! Haha... Sorry boss. I don't know that you're joking notworthy.gif . Well, I'm really zero knowledge with car, so I thought you really not encouraging me to buy Saga. My first aim are Vios, Almera, Forte, Fiesta, Mazda 2 but now I have a new plan with my future so I just thinking of Proton. So, I have Saga and Persona, both AT in my mind. Different are about RM6k (according the price list from Proton Edar website) for 1.3 Saga vs 1.6 Persona Standard. So, should I just buy Persona? I looking for a spacy car.

Go to showroom ,test drive both. test out both cars. For me, the reason why i go for saga flx is the rear seat are much more comfortable than persona rear seat. Persons rear seats are somehow almost 90' straight up which is kinda torturous for long journey for the back passengers.
If you really want to get saga, I would suggest to go for 1.6 Saga FLX SE. you will need the extra torque to move this car around.

Will do next week. But I'm asking to get more input and try to compare the pro and con etc. Thanks for your thoughts mate. BTW, why Saga FLX have different color for body and skirting (according to Proton website)? Ugly combination IMO. I plan to buy white car.

3MAX bars are made of 1.7mm light weight cold rolled fabracted pipes, manderal bent to fit its purposes. Over the long run, it MAY rust from the inner diameter, but I guess that time the car can be trashed ady yawn.gif

Diaboliqu3,

Persoga is a better looking guy IMO. However, GaGa can be garang also. Depends on huat u looking for. GaGa can be very good FC if 1 know how to control DbW technology. Provided slightly lighter than Persoga, its FC definitely better than Persoga. Some said GaGa 1.3 is weak compare to same category vehicle, I'd like to help clarify that CVT is a tranmission running with flexible ratio. Anyone time if u need speed, just slam the gas pedal, the puller will auto adjust the belt to suitable angle, and the 1.3litre engine will roar! Most tested 1.3CVT 0-100 in 11-12seconds. Topped out at about 200kmh. Manual, around 10seconds, also topped out about 200kmh.

Therefore, unless u really feels the need of that extra 30Nm for such a small car, with leather seats, odd colored skirting, yes u need to look for 1.6SE CVT. Otherwise, Persoga, but u hv much older technology. One thing that Persoga can never match is the aged old 4AT technology. But ofcourse Persoga rear wheels hooked up with multi-link. Anyone time its more comfortable than GaGa. If 0.5seconds faster in 0-100 sprint is not your concern, why not 1.3 CVT.

So, it really boils down to what u want.
