normally it isn't. After I lost my IC, I wanted to make a police report but the police said i don't need one to make a new IC so I didnt make a report. About 1 year later.....I receive a hospital bill which gave me a shock.......I made a report directly after. That saved me from being arrested. LOL. Since then I am quite fussy about IC, Passport,credit cards,ATM cards and driving license. If I were to use public transport...I'll only have 1 IC 1 Credit card and 1 ATM with a minimal balance. Precaution is better than cure.
hahaha Oh i forgot to add this...I lost my IC at the hospital. I had an accident(motor cycle) where I flew about 3 lanes. So the entire situation was kind of blur. I can't really recall what happened but the hospital had my IC for registration and they claimed to have returned it to me. Other than that, I rmb i almost fell down as I felt dizzy or should I say almost fainted. So they gave me a wheelchair to sit on. LOL couldnt walk for a month. registration in IC is usually permanent address or his parent's home. He could have stayed anywhere.

Update~~~ The address in his IC... 9.5 mile Cheras Kajang is fake 1. I went to Taman murni. That one is tabib Cina. HE shifted long time d. And his 016 number is not under his name its under some malay guy. Still owing rm 600 to digi. REWARDS WILL BE GIVEN IF CHEONG CHAN WAH IS CATCHED!!!!!
