i get what you mean. COD COD COD. yes i know. i also did my homework by asking around especially those who have traded with him before even initiating the deal. Out of 5 PMs sent out, all 5 gave positive response on him. So that's why i carried on with the deal.

i know now lots of ppl out there, will be telling how stupid and how naive i or maybe all the victims could be but hey, it has already happened .... so now we are just working on a solution to this matter.

He get conned by his Supplier , that's why he's lack in money now .
He's working day and night to refund you guys , so whatcha complaining about ?

At 1st, i also dont think that he's a conman but what made me pissed bout it is he (Allen aka MarlboroMania aka Kawasaki_Kips) kept giving empty promises when it comes to money refunding. He told me the same excuses that he's working day & nite just to make enough $ to refund us here BUT any prove on this?

Do u have any prove that he's working his arse out for our refunds? If yes, then we wont bother to post up so many topics on his case rite?

Do u know just bcoz the money he owed to some of us here made damages to us in reputation? Not everyone have loads of $$$ for turnovers & when we needed the money...... we sms & called Allen regarding the refunds BUT empty promises was given from day one until now! Who's not pissed bout it?

I agreed with u but for me, i would like to have a better explanation on why is he (Allen @ MarlboroMania aka Kawasaki_Kips) done this to us here? For me, as i've said & mentioned in previous reply...... i've given up hope on getting back my refund of RM500 from him. It's a lesson learnt & no matter how close & how a great seller he is....... no trust will be granted anymore to anyone!

I'm not siding anyone, but I feel the best solution now is for MarlboroMania to come out and thrash things out with you guys.

When it comes to money, better talk cent by cent.

So, MarlboroMania, if you are seeing this, I hope you can maybe come out and thrash things out with them. I bet they'll understand your situation if you're truthful to them. Empty promises will only do more harm.

I really think it was a mistake for us to banking money before you get any items. Every con case also using the same trick, So all pls do not banking any money before you receive any goods.Dont listen to any lame reason like i need the money to buy the item. Nonono is better for us to cod with your dealer. one hand give money one hand give your item

1st of all, nope this is not the 1st time i've dealt with MarlboroMania/Kawasaki_Kips as i've met him b4 to close a deal for a Samsung D500c. I skipped the deal with him bcoz i was short of cash & the price he's asking for the D500c doesnt meet my budget.

So when he told me that he got a unit of K750i available, he told me to prepare $ for him 1st which i did. After weeks of waiting for the phone, he said cant get it liao & then refunded me the full amount.

When finally during Nov 2005, he told me that he's getting 3 units of W800i with dirt cheap prices bcoz of a phone shop closing down. His contact so called, i told him that i'm very short of cash...... cant bank in or pass him the full amount for the phone...... he said i can bank in RM500 1st then when got the phone liao only pay him the remaining balance.

It sounded like a good deal..... so i bank in RM500 into his account under the name Cheong Chan Wah & waited for 2 months when i finally told him that i'm in urgent situation & needed my refund. He kept promising this & that but NO REFUND until now! Sigh..... given up hope for refund edi!

Now that I know kawasaki, malboro, allen, cheong is all the same person then I say he definitely doesn't deserve any second chance or third or fourth or fifth or sixth...

He is definitely a conman. Please read all the thread properly before commenting something like this.

Sure run away already, Donno but you but for me i will bank in money for ppl that i know more then few year and friend that i know where they live. online deal like this i will only cod . I just wan warn ppl to be careful abit dont cincai bank in money to people that you dont really know, few con case in lowyat also use the same trick to con ppl. Say limited stock need to pay 1st or need money to get stock. Just pity all the ppl who get con, and hope it wont happen again lah
