I just rooted my phone using the CF Auto Root by Chainfire.It was successful.When I install cwm with rom manager,and I try to boot back into recovery,the stock recovery apperars instead of cwm.I also tried this with goo manager and the same thing happens...I am in the 4.1.2 XXDMA5 firmware.Please help?

Don't use Rom manager to install CWM as is not fully compatible with Note2
Try post 4 method to root cum install CWM same time. Just need a minute only

Do I have to unroot and root again using the post 4 method?

I only look forward to Note 3 with its reported massive 6.3 in display.
I will have no problem fitting in my pockets as I can easily fit my nexus7 n previous tab 7.7 in my side pockets

hey..anyone is using maxis surfplan on note 2?. as i browse through previous thread some of you guys can get speed up to 7-9mbps with full Hsdpa+. im using digi only gets around 1mb+ with Hsdpa and thinking want to port over to maxis since they offered the 50/75 plan with only throttling down once exceed quota. (but still worried of bill shock since maxis very famous of it)  whats your opinion?

I can't really recall whether its H or H+ connection on Digi, but as far as I can remembered I hitted 6Mbps before

Factory reset in recovery I suppose? Or adb to your build.prop file and change it back.

How to use build.prop file? What is that? By using pc?
