hopes it is not a hardware issue. by any chance, do you know how to ensure gps worked properly? my gps was locked but 600m inaccurate. even 10-15 minutes wait still 600m range inaccurate

Yes it is ok. You just need to flash the custom rom in CWM. Not necessary to flash stock rom first.

Because I thought all this while if I have downloaded DLL7, I will need to download ROM that uses DLL7 as base.

Previously i think isaac also having problem with GPS. Lock but very inaccurate about 1km off. He solved by doing factory reset.

Let me tell you the whole story..

1. I sold one ap set to chin_kh
2. He was unsatisfied with it and open a false thread saying i sold AP claim as SME
3. Apis bias and admin awarded me dispute tag because i ignore his false thread claiming conman.
4. Then i pm chin_kh many times for clarification and settlement
5. chin_kh ignore all my pms...
6. I lodged a complain on apis for bias on my case

i flashed my phone to 4.1.2 using odin
didnt like the battery usage (or its just me)
so i tried to flash it back to 4.1.1

odin states all thread completed >> success
but when i reboot the phone just hangs at the samsung word (glowing though) after the splash screen ...

how do i get it back to 4.1.1

It does a little. But in terms of bars i dont see it. Someone in xda did a test and it does drop a little. For myself so far no issue.
