QUOTE(alexng2208 @ Jan 16 2013, 11:38 AM) 4% if you switch everything off right? Oh, I started using Easy Battery Saver.its impossible for me to get 4%. but it doesn't matter to me anyways. I think it puts my phone to switch off WiFi when it is sleeping. I think mobile data is still running in the background. |

QUOTE(tehoice @ Jan 16 2013, 03:15 PM) is there any significance between pc odin and mobile odin? Flash through Mobile Odin Pro can choose not to remove rooting.flash thru mobile odin only will not increase the counter right? So rooting is still intact. QUOTE(tanlipseong @ Jan 16 2013, 03:15 PM) My Note 2 (AP set) from SatuGadget arrived already, tested all ok, now auto updating to 4.1.2. You love buying stuffs from Lelong ya? Sandisk 32GB class 10 also arrive, Both are super good seller in Lelong, One of the sites which I have never visited for years. Only LYN and TaoBao. In fact, Lelong's prices are not competitive and SatuGadget is also on LYN. This post has been edited by fruitie: Jan 16 2013, 03:24 PM |

QUOTE(tanlipseong @ Jan 16 2013, 03:35 PM) have been buying things from Lelong for many years, easy to find things there, You should start exploring here. also not familiar to find things in LYN, that is the reason. There are many gems around. QUOTE(tehoice @ Jan 16 2013, 03:38 PM) hmmm, I see... but I intend to do a nandroid back up.... should I back up with or without root? lol... Yes, recommended to do back up first. I mean what is the recommended way of doing this backup... if it should be a non-rooted backup I will flash with pc odin then back it up else, might just use mobile odin. Also Ms fruitie.... what is the recommended dslr camera bag ar? my gears are a body, 2 lenses, flash gun and some small tiny tiny accessories... any recommended brand? or...? I'm looking at vanguard uprise 34 priced at 200+, reasonable? or do you have a better recommendation? thanks ya, and sorry for the out of topic =.= Nandroid is using CWM. Vanguard is a reputable brand, so you won't go wrong with this brand. |

QUOTE(keeycheng @ Jan 17 2013, 03:46 PM) lol i not sure coz i am not using it... I bought the Pro version of Proximity Screen on/off.I remember this is recommend by Fruitie if i am not mistaken, maybe can ask for her opinion? It works like what it should but I find it oversensitive. I have uninstalled it. My sister faced with sudden shut down when she was using this app. Before I installed for her, her phone worked well no auto reboot or shut down. Few hours after I installed this app for her, straight her phone went shut down without her notice. Then, she uninstalled it and until today she has never faced with any similar issue. Coincidence? I'm not sure, |

I'm not sure if it was my custom ROM thingy or anything but these days I have to set minimum volume when I talk on phone.
Too loud for me. |

QUOTE(joytest @ Jan 17 2013, 05:07 PM) no offence but women rarely use their pockets. they either clutch things in hand or put it in a handbag. I've seen lots and lots female users of both s3 and note2 and they never whip it out of their pockets. it's always either in hand or from the handbag. I'm the odd one. I put in pocket. I don't carry handbags everywhere I go, for convenience and safety purpose. So, I need pockets all the time. |

QUOTE(joytest @ Jan 17 2013, 05:15 PM) bro the ladies are usually not interested in the numbers. You are sexist! At least I'm more interested in specs rather than the exterior look.I'm not being sexist but just pointing out the differences. don't flame me. Well, you know I'm a bit weird. |

After 2 months of usage, my sister just WhatsApp-ed me that she can hear her charger hiss.
So, she will be changing from Seremban SC... This post has been edited by fruitie: Jan 17 2013, 10:45 PM |

Recently no more interesting custom ROMs eh?
Looks like my choice with Romow is the correct one. I'm looking forward to 4.2 now. I'm thinking of changing my kernel, RedPill Rev 1.01 is OK but thinking if there is any better one. |
