and I'm wondering since when does updating kernel version gives more performance.....the only thing it does it make future android versions easier to port for those devices. Google is planning to slowly merge both mainline Linux kernel and android kernel in time, which is all only for compatibility and not performance lol. Unless there are some OTHER stuffs which get introduced in Linux which so happens would make Android run better somehow, but requires a higher kernel version to be supported then yeah, a new kernel might bring better performance but its not because of the kernel version itself....

im using just a normal waist pouch. thinking of getting a better one coz i travel a lot and i hate putting stuff in my pocket

i think that's already high... dun think there's any that is higher than 2A for gadgets...

if you want 'instant battery', perhaps you can look into getting a 2nd battery instead. that way, plug in when you need new battery... and charge the old one.

I find 2GB not really enough.  3GB is better and quite enough.  But I am now on Maxis Surfmore 5GB, lagi best, no worry of running out of quota even though streaming Youtube in HD frequently.

I have tried Launcher 8 and still got no issue like you have mentioned. Yes, it is a bit lag but the latest release seems to be much better though...I always changing launchers in every few weeks, don't like to stuck with one single UI like those crapple phones....

its a flip cover so i think i should cover the entire bezel. the thing is, im looking for cover that uses genuine leather so that it can last longer. my current one kalaideng brand are pretty beat up already after 1 month of usage. my last htc phone uses genuine leather case from capdase and hell it last for years of abuse untill i actually lost that phone .
so right now my option are either case from zenus or this one since both of them stated they are using genuine leather not synthetic one and for zenus it is priced at rm170-190 iinm and this lamborghini from imobo are priced at rm150

Most flip cover or diary case have hard case inside to hold the phone . So if it's a hard case inside , how are you gonna remove your phone if it's completely covered ? Same goes to back case , it will not cover every part of the bezel unless it's TPU/silicon case . As for flip and diary case , there are a few makers who made the phone holder out of leather like what our taiko joytest posted , Melco . Since it's soft , it's possible to cover it complete . At the same time , there are disadvantages to it as well . Being soft , your phone tend to move around a bit in the case . Sometimes , your speaker holes get covered or u find it hard to press the edges of the screen as the case is in the way , covering it slightly .
