i think the earlier rumour got it wrong.
LG will push out newer models, but not nexus. most likely Optimus G2 coming very early this year to try to grab some attention before the galaxy S4. then in late 2013, g2 will be the nexus 5.

hmm...i find quite difficult to hold it n take pic using the back camera....n i dun really enjoy the front camera quality...

though the hdr is a good feature!

if u use samsung galaxy before, u can see the quality picture of nexus 4 front facing camera is not good.

if comparing with One X front facing camera picture quality, Nexus 4 is better.

Amidst all the complaints over its battery life, it's really not as bad as it's portrayed to be. I can tell you that it only gets better with use after a few charges.

I've initially had then problem of needing to charge up to 5 hours to get it up to 100%. This was on my first or second charge. After that no such issues and charging was normalized.

Battery life gets better. I am used to charging my s3 everyday before. The n4 can lasts 30‰ longer on similar usage patterns.

So, have patience. Charge it a few times to run it in and you should see vast improvements

If you guys are experiencing slow charging while it is plugged into the wall charger, check the battery status to see if it's "Charging (USB)". It should be "Charging (AC)" which charges the phone much faster.

First day using Franco r34. Not very satisfy with the result. Sad. maybe after recharge couple times will get a better result.

Left the phone idle last night at 59%, woke up at 7, battery level dropped to 39%. Urghh!
Now recharge again.

How to change from charging USB to charging AC ?

I used to leave my phone charging overnight too. But after reading the paper done by battery university and with my previous experience with my previous phones, i try to charge before it goes lower than 40% and unplug before it reaches more than 80. I did this with my Desire Z and the battery life has not dropped a lot as compared to when i first bought it three years ago. Maybe one to two hours less battery life.

I used to charge my bsttery until full with my G1 and the new fresh original battery went crazy after 6 months. So does the next original replacement battery.

Just my two cents! hopefully they have improved the battery technology now.

Use the stock charger. Well any usb charger should be detected as AC, unless you are using a low quality third party charger. I still use my old HTC charger. And sometimes,the cable used play a factor as well. But you wont have these issues if you use the stock charger. I keep mine in the box since there is already a blackberry and htc charger in my house

here for my n4 with 3G all the time. PA rom+franco kernel r33. take a look before i put my n4 to charge n update to r34 francos. my SOT was only for whatsapp. and my simple homescreen too.
