What happens when I exceed my monthly Mobile Internet quota? Will I be charged for subsequent use?

No, you will not be charged when you exceed your monthly Mobile Internet quota – however your Internet service will be restricted until the next billing cycle.

However, you can still continue browsing via Opera Mini and message via WhatsApp for free. Alternatively, perform a Postpaid Internet Top-Up for as low as RM1 to continue surfing at regular speed – terms and conditions apply.

do this mean i cannot surfing my net on my mobile when my internet quota finish until next month?

Hi guys,

Other then changing SIM card, you need to ask DiGi to activate LTE.

It happen to me after changing SIM card, I have to call them to activate LTE only I get LTE signal.

A21. The iPhone warranty period is 12 months from the date of successful phone activation. In the event where device replacement is necessary, you are advised to bring your iPhone 5 to a DiGi Retail Centre for inspection. Please note that you may be charged a minimum amount of RM1,000 if your iPhone does not comply with the Apple Replacement Policy at the point of inspection by a DiGi Tech Specialist. The minimum amount charged is also subject to change without prior notice.

If digi agreed to replace a new iPhone for me. Will they perform a 2nd inspection on the phone again after it was returned to digi?

Try set on the LTE and is can't get, try reboot.
Still cannot get, meaning not available at your area.
