I went to DIGI centre today.. They said you need to activate your account to LTE to allow you to receive LTE signal..

Take note on the following :-

1) A new USIM card is require to receive LTE signal
2) LTE has been rolled out for data only device i.e. Tablets and Laptops so far
3) LTE for smartphones is not open yet as it's under final provisioning (testing) but you can still acquire your USIM first from any DG center

You can follow these updates and more from DG's twitter page.
Remember to have a LTE device that supports 2600Mhz spectrum as DG only supports that at the moment.

Was told by Digi that iPhone 5 don't support LTE yet but the network update that enables the LTE tab in iPhone 5 was a general update because of iOS 7 firmware. But might support LTE for iphone 5 in the future.

*smack face

No support iphone 5 but update my network and enable LTE tab but can't use...

*was also told can change LTE SIM card but might affect the frequency for iPhone 5 and it's network....

Dear nana, have you reach you credit limit?
Secondly, you can try to call 016-2211 800 for temporarily unbarring.. Cheers
