yeah actually im fine with digi 3g...since now is H+ edi the speed can reach around 5mbps...so it is more than enough for me for normal usage    don't get whats the advantages of LTE...

Hi, i got question about digi warranty. My girl friend just receive sms to collect her replacement iphone within 3 days..but she now back hometown and will be back few days later.. Can we call digi to extend the collection date? Is that possible to do so?

4G you mean. DiGi is using a different band for their LTE at the moment. A band that i5 doesn't support. But in near future? We don't know.

They actually give u a refund? Well I think in near future, digi will definitely update lte service for their i5 customers

DiGi is not noob, is government want to protect C and M, giving the approval to C and M 1st and let they absorb the revenue from users 1st before giving the approval to DiGi.
Lets see how many years they need to play with this tactic to DiGi 

Digi still has alot thing to do for their network before expand their LTE coverage too, eg: IPRAN, application and service platform.
This is only thing i have that they still "arguing" with vendor where their vendor's incapability to fulfill every thing DiGi wants

yeah.. digi only can go up to 20mbps.. but im using postpaid  .. seems cap at 20?

Too bad u using iphone, if use xperia phone or other specific android phone, u can manual check whether digi lte reach ur area ad or no ...
Currently i have found many place at kl and kk has digi lte but i cant login...
Same goes to umobile lte... found a place near oug has umobile lte...

But of coz, for ur ip5 is special case , this is government decision, and like what they say.... if u dun like, use maxis/celcom

i started with celcom, switched to maxis, and finally digi + umobile as 2nd line (cheapest plan for postpaid at rm29, perfect for 2nd line use).

What i find among all and reason i stuck with digi even if my ip5 no LTE. Im based in KK, Sabah.

1. Celcom - broad coverage in Malaysia. Limited LTE in my area, Plans are most expensive among the others. felt its more suitable for ppl who can claim phone bill with company.

2. Maxis - The worst customer service, the worst product knowledge, always tried to mislead customers. (not sure its everywhere, but experienced this in almost all dealers and maxis centre in KK) While it has better LTE coverage in KK, package is quite attractive, but with such bad CS, i rather not use it anymore. Worst experienced during my contract time .. n giving me problem even after i terminated my line..

3. Digi - Probably the best CS among the rest. But the slow implementation of LTE is really making them looks bad. And with the launching of the new packages, i find its more expensive than before. Luckily I'm still on the old plan.

4. uMobile - worse coverage even for 3G. but anyway, since its cheap, just use it for 2nd line..
