I feel Digi Preorder iPhone 6/6 plus this time totally misleading. Many inconsistent information and they also not mention clearly.

I dun understand why Digi say 5% of pre order stock delay. But walk in customer able to buy iPhone. Pre order customer should serve first i suppose. Really misleading. Not fair for pre order customer unable to pick up in store where stock is available there.

I just receive my iPhone 6 plus from Gdex at 4.30pm.
Initially Gdex guy come my home,i not at home. Then he ask me to call him when free,call him at meet nearby and take my parcel. DIGI customer agent can not trust. Tell me no tracking number. |

I just using my old nanosim on my iPhone 6 plus. Lazy to call CS as always not so helpful recently. May be they will sms us to chance sim card ones activated i think. This what happen when i purchase iPhone 5 about 2 year ago.
