i just now call Digi CS helpline, regarding my nanosim activation. the CS agent told me in 15 minute will be activated. just after 15 min swap my old sim with new nanosim, it automatic deactivated my old sim card. now finally i can use my iPhone 6 plus with new nanosim card.

Wth.my digi bill just receive today showing got penalty for renew contract. I call during pre order time they very sure no penalty as my contract end in 2 month time.

Then i tell them to complaint the one who set this rule and the agent agree to lodge feedback to them. Damn stupid, they think we just paid to buy iPhone for nothing. |
