Digi still have not updated tracking number..

they have the tracking number but yet to update. i would like to suggest to digi for iPhone 7 next year, send the phone at least a day or two days earlier so it can arrive to those who preordered on the same day regardless of location.

They managed to get the stocks for midnight launch, i believe they can do that for preorder customers. They can get the stocks ready in DiGi Kuching a day early before launch day, why ca't those who preordered from Kuching get our iPhone during launch day?

Previously i buy Iphone through Apple Store. So decided to try DIGI. i have bad feeling already when pre-order, typical Malaysian company, janji dicapati...

1. Credit Card charged even shipment not confirm.
2. The phone plan changed immediately.
3. My phone LTE missing when plan changed, called DIGI few times to resolve
4. Then i realized i didn't received the e-receipt. Called DIGI again.
5. Use sub standard courier service. Apple Store use DHL.
6. Today still not received tracking no.
7. This is not pre-order. Its called cheat-order.

Yes.. most people felt the same

just got a call from GDEX saying that they'll be delivering my preorder today. I guess most of the people who preordered online should be getting their phones today.. unless they registered a bit later..

Why me no call.. Did you do anything to make them call you?

nope, just having breakfast at company cafe then suddenly received call..i preordered on the 1st day morning(i received the preorder email previous night) if that makes any difference..

Never mind.. I already got call from gdex..

Sarawak side here. No calls yet so far. If I know it'll be this late then I could've just bought outright.

At least give our tracking number so our mind would be a lil at ease

yup.. my sister bought last night at digi centre kch. Not many people she said. i should buy on the spot rather than preorder.. GDex is sending the phones to people in KL, and yet no tracking number updates from DiGi

Mine also no tracking number.. But gdex called me to deliver today..

my location is penang, my digi there also no tracking number, but I asked the gdex guy to give me tracking number and I will pick up from their office at lunch time, because they need your IC for collection..
