Anyone tried to login MYDIGI, the order status is missing? I can't check the phone delivery status

I called DIGI Help Line yesterday, DIGI informed the time frame for the iphone delivery is 1 month..............WTF

I think the Telcos are taking advantage of the pre-orders. My credit card was charged without the confirmation of shipment date.

If you buy from Apple Store, they will only charge your credit card when the shipment is ready.

Previously i buy Iphone through Apple Store. So decided to try DIGI. i have bad feeling already when pre-order, typical Malaysian company, janji dicapati...

1. Credit Card charged even shipment not confirm.
2. The phone plan changed immediately.
3. My phone LTE missing when plan changed, called DIGI few times to resolve
4. Then i realized i didn't received the e-receipt. Called DIGI again.
5. Use sub standard courier service. Apple Store use DHL.
6. Today still not received tracking no.
7. This is not pre-order. Its called cheat-order.
