Hi.. New to digi postpaid.. New in sign up iphone plan ... I got 2gb data (trace from digi ocs apps) for the remaining.. However may i know the free call and sms where to check .. And i had paid for the full amount .. So did i need to pay every month on bill?
Also.. I sign up on 15 april then the data only use up to 30 april? And bill ke on 30 apr??

im planning to sign new plan for iphone 6 but i'm under 2 years contract on current 5s.. still got under this year december.. i heard if terminate the contract penalty is rm500.. is it possible to get waiver from digi?

I thought can just carry forward and continue with extended period, added payment and new phone? If must terminate everytime want to change phone, they will lose customers man; only allowed to change phone every 24 months haha

cant carry forward.. have to wait contract finish only can start a new contract.. since they said they already subsidize the iphone 5s so have to wait contract finish.. even im using digi for 5 years already.. they will only waive me if i left 2 months contract.. btw subsidize also not much.. plus the phone bill haiz.. blood sucking

Waliao i thought can just extend. That means can change every 24 (or 22) months only lah? All telcos also like that ah? I've never bought a phone on contract before, so i just assumed that they would allow you to extend the contract. I think compared to other telcos, DiGi still cheapest man. Maxis will confirm billshock you, my family kena before. Celcom i haven't tried yet but based on the plans i saw previously, like the same je..

not sure about other telco.. but digi cannot extend.. must wait contract finish.. 22 months 2 months waiver is because im 5 years digi user.. so they give me 2 months earlier to renew a contract..

that why i just sign to i50 plan, 12 month contract, can change plan/jump ship if want....
but they giv me waive since i only left 1 week contract....
