wanted to ask if iphone 6plus idigi 50 = total rm2885 12month contract. Can I able to make installment for 12month? like (rm2885/12 =rm240 a month?

If you are switching to DiGi from another telco via Mobile Number Portability (MNP), your device (if any) will only be delivered to you AFTER your mobile line is connected to the DiGi network. This applies to Pre-order and Backorder customers."

Saw this in the email that they digi sent to me, is this means that i need to go to digi shop and do the MNP first before 6th nov?

I have been trying to buy iphone 6 (grey) since midnight but always stuck at the delivery options (seems to be disabled). A friend of mine bought his with no issues and at that time i was next to him trying my luck as well. The only difference between me and him is, he is switching from another operator while i am upgrading my digi plan (on iP4 data plan, no longer long term contract).

I was wondering if DiGi is prioritising customers from other telco than their own. Can anyone confirm this? Anyone successfully bought iphone 6 through upgrading their exisitng DiGi plan? I'm kinda grasping at straws now. I fthis did not owrk, i guess I'll go for the normal queue next week.

For iDigi 50 and iDigi78 New and MNP customers are given Extra 100mins Talk Time to their Contract.
This is poor Marketing - what about exisiting loyal customers ! If they give New/MNP customers a gift e.g. Power Bank or even some $$$ One Time Credit to entice them over to Digi it is understandable. But how can they have a better Call Plan with extra 100mins indefinitely vs exisiting loyal customers ???

Pisses me off and contemplating switching in protest ! (i know, who cares, but why should we put up with this kind of unfair discrimination )

I don't have Facebook and would appreciate someone highlighting to them in the Digi Facebook.

Quoted from their Plan Notes, explaining extra 100mins => " Only applicable to new and MNP subscribers who sign up for iDiGi 50/78. The additional 100 mins and 100 SMS will be granted every month as long as your subscription remains active. "

Sorry to say that not only 4G, their basic 3G is terrible also.
U will experience some places are no 3G service at all (the place i mean is  like certain corner in your house/shopping mall/office, etc) u will see people always take their phone walking around in a room like a joker just to search for signal. 

Sudah naik kapal lanun bro. If you are coming from Maxis, you could never accept Digi's LTE.    I have both thats why I know.

updates after successful pre order:

got a call from gdex (digi's courier partner), said that got a document from me and requires only me to sign, i think should be the contract. due to not at home, had to go to gdex office to sign the contract i assume.

Called Brightstar just now, the operator told me that my order is not in their order flow. They said maxis didn't send my order to them yet. I was a bit shocked to hear that. And the operator mentioned about the process. Order from Maxis, Maxis will send our order to Brightstar, Brightstar will check if got stock or not and then proceed with packing and delivery. I was like, WTF??!! They need to sort things out quickly, or else suffer a lot from angry customers.

Frustrating sia. If I had known it would take this long for them to restock I would've ordered from Apple online instead. :\
