Wow, you are so fast man, I attended all interviews at end of October, get call after 4 weeks, now wait China HQ there approval waited for another 3 weeks, almost 2 months now

huawei only hire contractor? secure or not?

me....24/11 attend 1st intvw, then on 27/11 attended 2nd intvw.....on 9/12 my application approved by hiring dept.

and now still waiting, the HR says is still pending from HRD approval...

what does it mean?

Go for the confirmed first. If huawei come later...then u baru decide want to jump to huawei or not lor. But of coz see which 1 offer better lar...ekekeke

I have the same situation with you. I waited for 3 weeks after HR called me. She only told me she's getting approval and ask me to wait another two weeks. I wonder it's still ON or i will be rejected later..

I forgot to ask for her contact. Do you have contact for HRD to update with them?

Did the HR informed you tat your application been signed by the hiring dept and now is pending with from HRD?

Guess the HRD is very very busy to prepare all the documents for the new upcoming employee. Is just like 1st come 1st serve basis for the HRD to prepare the offer letter.

Not really, just told me she will proceed and need two more weeks due to unforeseen circumstances.

I dont really know abt the procedures but i didnt expect it will be this long. Interview was on 2/11

Hi, I did still not receive offer letter yet, planning to call her back on monday or tuesday, btw which position did u apply for?

You can just call back the phone number that called you last time, it will be the exact person and just tell her your name and she will check.

Last week she told me that my application is pending approval from HQ at China (still same status 3 weeks ago).

Rejected 2 job offers cause really hope to work in HuaWei and did not apply any company for now.
