hi guys, anyone of you knows what is the benefit of permanent staff in Huawei?

HW gives you a medical card and RM500 allowance per month.

A friend of mine just went to HW for interview few days ago. Five figure pay for business finance manager. Sounds like very good offer.

Lol even for contract staff also they will give 500 allowance after probation period

Actually is it 500 or 300 ?
Kinda bewildered actually haha.....juz asking

Is RM500 fixed allowances is shown on ur payslip regardless permanent of contract stuff.

so usually they either only offer 300 or 500? means can get those range is it? or got diff between contract and permnent?

I think i have made confusion.
Either a permanent stafff or a contract staff, you will get RM500 because is a FIXED allowance.
In the payslip, it write :-
RM300 - Mobile
RM200 - Transportation

In other is just a description in a payslip.. it doesn't care whether you use RM500 for mobile or food.
Just treat it as extra pocket money on top of your basic salary.
