very stress ....every month playing chicks ....dun wan go beck home coz too stress...all relatives asking for money like me printing money...cars too nice sked being rob...house too big sked got break ins....better stay at small hotel every nite...

passive income = happiness of relief money roll money from investment without hard labour , every mth 10k above including interests, dividends, housing appreciation and rental = freedom in life without any bonding. |

Ill be pissed to earn 10k and having indebted with so many unnecessary loan which then left me with 1k as my savings or spending money But logically speaking a person will live happily with at least Rm5k/month and only indebted to House/utilities/car/general maintenance which probably cost 2k per month and you still have extra 3k with you |
