What i was talking about is their workmanship, not price vs location etc. As my friend is handling some of the handovers during their survey it clearly shown that the D'island first phase's workmanship is not up to par (discover such issue maybe 3-4 house out of 10?). My guess is similar to IR. They were having headaches during VP to customer.

I wish to go and observe it myself too one day. But anyhow i believe they will keep improving as to hit high end, they will need to polish their branding, and workmanship clearly one of the crucial factor. Thus i am glad to hear that indigo had improved. Hope that RI and skypark etc will be even better in the future.

Improving / polish LBS brand can never be overnight. One need to sacrify a bit. Some developer willing to lower their profit margin to increase the quality. After a while will improving quality, people will forget how bad they were and start to look forward for their new launching

As LBS is a typical china ah pek company, i doubt they are willing to lower the profit margin to increase QAQC, lol!

If using nice & expensive materials then of course you need QAQC la, if using cheap/ China materials why do QAQC? When people complain only replace/ touch up la. If they no complain why so ke poh..

Using cheap materials can also produce good finishing if the workmanship is good.
If they constantly change sub con, bad finishing is definite. Or becoz of delay, developer often import plenty of incompetent workers.

Bro ... still around 230 units available. Mostly pool view sold ,left not many on upper units after 15th floor.

As i read fr google map, it will be roughly 30mins drive or 35Km fr Salak Tinggi.
