Just ignore this thread. No point arguing here. Just wait n see n look how many people get into his trap. Even now they are having a very hard time to sell.

For those who still didnt buy.. i strongly advice you, THINK WISELY before you bought this prop. You are actually gambling not investing here. And don't get caught with their free lunch and buffet. Its a slick tactic to isolate you from the truth.

Im not fr LBS. No comment. Im fr REAPFIELD, if you have any suggestion for REAPFIELD then i can revert to my principle.  rclxms.gif

If u can't comment on LBS, how can you sell their products. Being a sales rep, u must know what u r selling right? Know ur products, know your builder and etc

Anyone is welcome to express comments becoz this is a open forum. I hope to know more about BSP skypark and its surrounding. I welcome good opinion and welcome more bad opinion. Welcome things I might overlooked.. before making my decision.

Ironically..

This is just like a deer and a hunter. A hunter set up a trap. Weather or not d deer get into d trap d hunter will never get hurt n d hunter will never get into his own trap, ever. But when a deer take d bait n stuck in d trap. The happiest man in d world will be the hunter. Wheater d deer can escape or not, only luck can tell.

So, to all d deer who still free.. please think wisely before you take d bait.

Seems like only one guy didnt want me to comment in here. So.. i check outlah.. good luck everyone.

Oh.. one more thing. Tonite cell phone line is suckla.. why ar? Maybe this township still 10 years old. Maybe after 50 years kot, then we will get a good services.

And what happen to d shopping complex ar? Enjoy dumping and distroying our road.

Your friend house in bsp dont have prob? Maybe he is shortsighted kot. My house r.. d defect list form already full woo.. owh maybe mine was built by young lbs..

biggrin.gif when i know i try avoid thats the safest  tongue.gif I bought talam before lucky manage to sell off once got the key, LBS and Talam is like brothers LOL

Location pricing so so but workmanship suck base on previous record, worth to take the risk ? LOL you have to figure that out LOL
*
That was the old time. Nowadays LBS improved a lot. Obviously not gonna be at SP Setia level but consider a reputable developer.

Still the workmanship seems to be under par sometimes (even at D'island first phase i heard, 2nd phase improved a lot). Have to pray a bit for that.

p/s: some short story tho: that night during wedding dinner i spoken with my fren saying i had bought one of the cluster in BSP avenue, then he eye grows big big, complain the workmanship etc LOL. Then in summary, he say he will never touch LBS in his life... so serious shocking.gif

BSP Skypark is proud to be the first high-rise development in the budding township of Bandar Saujana Putra, Puchong. The property, launched in January 2013, is the venture of LBS Bina Group who employed Utuh Sejagat to overview the development.

Supporting the government’s initiative to increase home ownership among Malaysians, LBS offers multiple incentives to appeal to their main target market; first time home buyers and young families. Among their offerings are a waiver on legal fees for sale and purchase agreements (SPA) and deed of mutual covenants (DMC), DIBS for first 100 units, an 8% rebate per unit and a one year free service charge.
BSP Skypark is built on 5.36 acre of leasehold land in Bandar Saujana Putra. The township is relatively new with many projects being in the developing process. SBP Skypark will be the first high-rise building in the area with Skypark 2 and Skypark 3 are rumored to be already set in motion. Property investors predicted that this property will have the same success rate as downtown Puchong, whose success was doubted 15 years ago. Along with its neighbors, Dijaya Township and Bandar Rimbayu, Bandar Saujana Putra will provide a steady ripening process to its town.

The BSP Skypark is scheduled for completion by 2016. In line with the development, LBS has also multiple plans to be laid out in Bandar Saujana Putra. At the moment, the outline of primary and secondary schools have been set in motion, as well as a shopping mall that will provide a major supermarket, grocery and merchandise retailer for its residents’ convenience. MAHSA University and Hospital, that will accommodate 20,000 students, is also scheduled for completion by 2016.

In terms of accessibility, the township that housed BSP Skypark has immediate access toSKVE and NKVE and surrounded by LDP and KESAS. With these highways, a drive to KLIA is only 20 minutes away. A trip to Putrajaya and Cyberjaya will take approximately 15 minutes and likewise for a trip to Subang Jaya, USK and Puchong area. Meanwhile, Putra Heights is a short 5-minute drive away.

Analysis

With detailed planning and time, it is inevitable for BSP Skypark to achieve success. The Saujana Putra township is a relatively new area, like fine cheese, it needs time to mature and ripen. Many of prospective buyers are wary of this property because of its lack of amenities and convenience. However, those with visions and sharp minds can already foresee the triumph it will encounter.
At the moment, Bandar Saujana Putra still have a few flaws to its name. The current residents complain about the poor mobile phone service, absence of schools, poor-conditioned roads and lack of public transportation. However, these setbacks can still be fixed. Again, the root of these problems is its newness. BSP Skypark is scheduled for completion in 2016. During that time, many plans and developments are taking place. New shops, banks, petrol stations will eventually come in. They aren’t at the moment because the area is still new with low-density, hence, lack of demand.
At the price of approximately RM368 psf, many would be intrigued by the offer. However, a glimpse of the landed property nearby will tell you that a single-storey unit similarly shared the same price tag. Therefore, one may want to do careful deliberations whether they prefer to use the facilities offered by the serviced apartments more than the chance of having landed property.

Heard is different from seeing it yourself... its different when you r buying it for own stay or investment... i think most D'Island buyer will buy for their own stay as the environment is really nice .
I went to D'Island... it looks ideal for family n high class. Way of out my league for now...

Location still ok... i just wonder why ppl buy it and after VP they resell it coz of the location... and if workmanship is not good... im sure developer will fix it for free.
Maybe they already made what they want $$$... so just flip it ... if the right buyer comes at the right price ...why not.
