99% malays? How do u justify that? More than 70% of BSP SKYPARK buyers r not malay... and whats wrong with Malay? Since when malaysia is not crowded with malays?
Do u stay in BSP? Platinum 12 i guess u r staying in BSP since you are so familiar with it. Can you list out at least 5 reasons why u bought a property in BSP? It wont be that bad if you bought a property there right?
I have many chinese friends staying there... i dont think its 99% Malay.
Its still a new township, banks , restorans and other amenities will eventually comes in. New shop by TCS group are sold out and sure there will be banks coming in once this township get mature.
Give it some time, just like 15 years ago.. no one want to stay in Puchong, people like me moved into Puchong, my friends even told me they have never heard of Puchong before, some said its a cowboy town and some said its a jungle... and can you see what happened now?
Development needs time & planning, especially for a new township like BSP. Please be patience, your patience will be paid off.
That time my dad bought DSL in puchong was only 95k...DSL in puchong now is like 600-800k. .... so i think this will happen to BSP.
LBS already planned to built a new shopping complex in near future, if you read my previous thread carefully u will have notice it.
High house breaking case happened in every corner of Malaysia, im sure the coming goverment or police will do their best they can.  thumbup.gif  rclxms.gif

If you really want to invest into property ,invest long term & future, you will see capital gain for sure . Good luck investing! thumbup.gif

Felt BSP is "detached" from the townships in its vicinity. The entrance to this town is via Elite and Skve highway. Though they are other small roads but those are not so convenient, either untarred or too narrow. This factor alone will be very disadvantageous for it to prosper vs others. Moreover it is competing with other much bigger townships in its neighborhood such as Putra Heights, Rimbayu or even the newly acquired piece of land by Dijaya (previously Canal city)

BSP Skypark is trying to ride on the feel good factor in property since last 2-3 years ago. The initial sales team from developer not able to deliver, hence engaged R*apfi*ld to do the job now. This area is more suited for landed, not highrise. At least not now.

I think it's a tough time to promote highrise in this part of the town. Perhaps Reapfield can check with the developer what are the actual reason they want to launch this project? Feel good factor? Trying to ride along the property boom? MAHSA tie-up?
Because so far, there is not a single comment from forummer who gave positive feedback to this BSP Skypark.
Kind of make me think back Masteron's Calisa project. When they launched it many years back, sales was really slow. But then the property bull suddenly came and they gladly rode on with the wave.
But the scenario is different now. Somehow, 400psf for a serviced apartment in this area is difficult to digest.

well said platinum_12.. "My talks maybe empty to you, but it might be useful to others, thousands of forumer read this forum everyday"...

Imagine you walked into sales office and they start promoting their properties, prospect, future plans and etc. There's no right nor wrong because sales team are trying make a living. This is a willing buyer and willing seller case but
it's good to make known to others about previous broken promises, current issues, good and bad points... At least buyer can have a better understanding before buying.

Many often misled by property agents thinking that advises are neutral but in actual fact, they are just trying to make a sale.

+1 agreed on your points...that's why we are sharing info in this forum thumbup.gif

Not to be against certain projects or REN, it is just that if they want to make the sale, then need to do more homework (or legwork) to present more good selling points. Cant just say : "this is very potential, at XXXpsf, it is very worth it, will surely go up in future"....this kind of sales pitch susah mau cari makan especially during this period of trying-times..
