the funnel is floopy. The connection is too small to bear its weight. I glue it in place since i dun plan to pose it deploy mode.
the hand while extremely articulated the wrist part is week. Even with its normal rifle (not too big nor too heavy imho) it tends to drop which is why i snug it under the shoulder armor.
the shield connector is loose, very easy to fall off from the arm.
the piston on he knee if u bend the knee too much it'll pop out.
the off white color is not too big of a difference then normal white, under certain lighting condition u wont even notice it. Not too mention some of them r stickers too. Which i why i painted it, to giv it a bigger offset and dun hav to worry it peeling off in the future.

other then that the whole thing is great. The frame is light and flexible which is great since we're bending it to get into the poses we want, it'll have more leeway b4 breaking or stressing. Due to the weight of the frame, the overall weight of the kit is also light which gives it a good balance. The arm offers great articulation, u can pull it forward quite abit more then normal, although doing this will expose alot of the frame which will look weird looking from behind or from the side. Stand connection is solid, its not gonna fall off even if u turn it upside down. U can basically pose it however u like no matter how ridiculous it is but to maximize it u hav to take the funnel off. The funnel is a big liability.

Overall its a great improvement to the MG line. The frame in particular is so good im not surprise if future MG all uses this same material. T1 already has and the up coming Stein and Sinanju OVA will also hav em. I wonder if RG will also uses em...

even the HGUC got floppy funnels too(the first 2 funnels from below become floppy with 4 combine funnels)the rest(4 combine funnels) are just fine

anyway, I remember got someone already post how to fix the funnels for MG NU KA

and when you mentioned 'super cheap for me !' are you comparing prices with those from Jusco, Parkson or one of those hyper-mega supermarkets?

yes the brass rod fix or Syd's (of HLJ) fix. We need to trim some plastic inside the funnel and also cut and measure the brass rod, im too lazy to do it just glue it in place will do.

while it is interesting what Bandai was trying to do with it, the idea is there just the execution is lacking.

The piston on the knee will only over extend and pop out when there are no armor pieces assembled. When the pieces are all snap in, there ia already enough thickness to the leg to prevent that additional knee bend.

I had the same problem when playing with the leg inner frame...after armor pieces snapped in, no more problem

I recalled someone once mentioned if AB it will help or not....

I only primed the connectors, assembled 3 of the funnels, connected them, and they're connected just fine.



of course, if 6 of them dunno lar.....will try out later.

So impressive , is the Destiny in FBM ? How much do u buy for the god gundam ( it's kinda cool , I wanna get one if its not too expensive ) , and the strike freedom is in mg without FBM ? Lastly , the destiny is really nice !

I think that was from vegeta8259 which make sense since paint will thick up the connector.

Yes Vegeta82859 did it and from his video it seems stable, I did AB it but only partially. AB the black part and top coat the actual connector so there is a layer of paint and top coat to thicken it but still not enuf. Probably it needs more layers of both but even then i doubt its enuf to over come gravity in the long run. The problem is the connector is just too small to bear all those weight. With 3 sure it'll be ok but the more u put on the effect will be compounded. To truly be stable u'll have to use Syd's fix, so far its the best method out there.

or just display it in deploy mode....

OK, back to my Nu, assembled all 6 funnels, connected them, still hanging there, not very firm though. Dunno without AB how fragile it is, at least this 'should' be better.
