my BT from AEON appear in maybank account 11 days after approval

their unbilled transactions update really slow online, takes several days

That's how AEON does it. Even supplementary transactions appear on principal + supplementary Unbilled Transactions.
Payment to Principal will cover supplementary also

I was surprised to receive another RM50 Cash Rebate for my New AEON MasterCard in my latest May-2013 statement.... possibly due to the complain on not receiving the GST waiver.

Total Rebate received :-
End Dec : Card Approved
2 Apr : RM50
2 Apr : RM24
2 May : RM50

Before I was doing BT(Balance Transfer) with Aeon Gold CC, was given 1 point for every RM2 BT, then seeing tkt &tct here getting 1 point for every RM1 BT, I applied Watami and did the BT.... And yes I got it....
So, if wanna do BT, apply WATAMI CC, can get higher points.... 1 point for each RM BT...

Signed up for online statement another 1500 bonus points per card (3000 for 2 cards)
Can get bonus points for free credits !!!

Lets say i hv RM25k Credit limit, I can do up to bout rm24k 6 mths BT, hence monthly bout rm4k installment , then every month i pay rm4k, then can tranfer another rm4k, so basically BT "loan" is considered perpetual....? Right, maybe Ronnie can cfm?

You can do 80% of the Credit Limit with AEON BT only...

Possibly AEON will ALLOW such regular BT .....

The way they calculate the 80% is quite different, based on available Credit Limit.

Eg: If i used up 7k of my 10k credit limit, then they allow 80% of my balance rm3k credit limit avail(i.e. another rm2400) So, its actually rm9400 out of my 10k credit limit that can b BT...

is it the card approval date for the 3% rebate?

my third month statement for watami card is out but the 3% rebates are not there. guess have to wait for the next statement to see the rebates

Same here as well..... I guess I will wait for the June statement to see any Quarterly 3% Rebate.
Time to start spending again

I called the CS yesterday morning to ask for the same thing. They said will call back, but still no news from them.

You can call the CS to ask for your card approval date.
Based on my call with the CS, I notice the anniversary date is one year after my card embossed date (not approval date).
Still waiting for the quarterly CB get posted, and see what dates they based on.

I called the CS and asked for the same agent why no call back after 2 days. She put me on hold for more than 10 min and gave me a stupid answer on RM50 CB. I fired she kaw kaw that I was asking about the 3% quarterly CB. She promised to get the watami product team to call me within an hour.
One guy called me back, at first he gave a generic answer and kena from me again...cutting the story short...
Then he told me the approval date is the same as card emboss date. This is the forth version of the answer for the same question I asked in the past 3 months. Really lost confidence on their CS.
He told me his answer is the correct one as he in charged of all AEON cards in the CS.
He said the quarterly CB will be processed before the next statement after 3 month from card approval date.
I also requested them if can put the date range in the CB transaction description. He said will put in as customer feedback.

I took the opportunity to ask him the following questions:
Q1. Why can't pay watami cc from maybank2u?
A1. Still in progress, no date when it is ready.

Q2. Can setup favorite payee in maybank2u to pay watami cc?
A2. AEON has no plan on this.

Q3. Why can't pay AEON cc via IBG to Citibank any more? (I asked this as I remember ronnie mentioned this before, but it is still stated as a valid payment mode in the statement.)
A3. Can. There was a slight change. Select Fund Transfer instead of CC Payment. (If I understand what he meant, refer the screenshot I attached here. For those having AEON cc, you can try it.) This will be available for watami in the future too.

yeah it seems only watami card having issues on payment to them through IBG, i cant even register the card in RHB online

What's the account number to put for IBG to Watami ? Do we add 789xxxxxxxx ?
Your screenshot is from CIMBClicks. I've tried funds transfer and Credit card payment from SCB Online Banking and it fails.

No, my screenshot was from maybank2u. I don't have cimbclicks.
I din ask about the account number to put in. Should be as per the instruction stated in the cc statement, i.e. 789+16digit cc no.

I have tried Q1 above today, and surprised that it went through successfully. (It failed me for the past 2 months.) Save me a visit to the branch to pay my cc bill. Will check next week if it received at AEON.
I tried Q2 above and it was successful as well. (It failed me for the last 2 months as well.)
I will try Q3 above to pay for my next month WATAMI cc bill, as IBG is 10sen as compare to RM1 for bill payment option.
Or someone can try IBG option to see if it is possible for WATAMI.
