This happened to me 2 mths back. Sent my application through one their branch. After 1 mth, they stil didn't received my application, they loss my documents!!! On my 2nd try only i got my Aeon CC.... Sigh.., terrible service!!!

I did BT in Jan 13, got 0.5 point for every RM in BT , but the weird thing is my total points does not accumulate from last month(the 1st BT month) ... Will call Aeon CS to clarrify and update here later...

I got my 1st statement in Feb(after my BT), yes, there's points earned, but if instalment is 200 per month, points earned is 100 only...

I called Aeon bout the BT reward points, they cfm-ed that YES, we do get 0.5points for every RM BT-ed....

Received call from Aeon earlier today saying that i won the smarttag through the application of Aeon CC and Zing card. Woo Hoo !!!

Before I was doing BT(Balance Transfer) with Aeon Gold CC, was given 1 point for every RM2 BT, then seeing tkt &tct here getting 1 point for every RM1 BT, I applied Watami and did the BT.... And yes I got it....
So, if wanna do BT, apply WATAMI CC, can get higher points.... 1 point for each RM BT...

Signed up for online statement another 1500 bonus points per card (3000 for 2 cards)

Lets say i hv RM25k Credit limit, I can do up to bout rm24k 6 mths BT, hence monthly bout rm4k installment , then every month i pay rm4k, then can tranfer another rm4k, so basically BT "loan" is considered perpetual....? Right, maybe Ronnie can cfm?

The way they calculate the 80% is quite different, based on available Credit Limit.

Eg: If i used up 7k of my 10k credit limit, then they allow 80% of my balance rm3k credit limit avail(i.e. another rm2400) So, its actually rm9400 out of my 10k credit limit that can b BT...

Watami card is good for paying yrly/half yrly insurance/Car insurance, etc....

Today, i just received rm30 watami birthday voucher from Aeon. Sent by registered mail. Such a high theft item, hv to send a rm30 with registered mail!!!!l
The Voucher is stamped with my name, condition of use is must hv ic and watami as verification, plus there's a disclaimer that Aeon not responsible for the lost of the Vouch ....Aiyoyo... speechless...
However, thx Aeon anyway for it...

Yes, have to call them to verify. They lost my application documents the 1st time i applied early this year.
Good product but lousy & untrained staff !!!!
Everytime docs are sent, have to follow up to check if they received.

Used it to pay yrly insurance, then can keep in drawer for 3 mths, at least...

They might have lost your application form and docs. (Happened to me )
Did you call their CS to confirm they received your application???
