Anyone try to pay Aeon credit card using Pos Online?

I notice there is option to pay Aeon credit card using another credit card(visa/master only)
I haven't tried successfully before but i am able to simulate the payment:-

For example:-
Aeon credit card payment RM1000

Aeon Credit charge RM1.50 for every transaction = RM1001.50
PosOnline charge addtional 2% on total amount = RM1001.50 + 2% = RM1021.53
Effective charge rate 2.153%

Imagine if you got TWO Aeon Watami card with 3% rebate qualified:-
Aeon Watami 1st credit card balance RM1000 (Aeon credit rebate 3% = RM30)
Aeon Watami 2nd credit card used to pay the 1st credit card = RM1021.53 (Aeon credit rebate 3% = RM30.65)
Effective cash rebate rate = (30+30.65)/1000= 6.065% (correct me if my calculation is wrong)

P/S: this is just my assumption. Need someone to prove this theory.

How do you pay the first AEON WATAMI CC with 2nd WATAMI CC ... It won't work under Balance Transfer (cause same bank)

1. flaw - how to get 2 watami

2. say it is 1k, watami 3% means you pay 970 (ignoring the fact that you need to accumulate 3k per quarter and cash back only come in end of 3 months). So you get charge 2% - i ignore Rm1.5 because if the amount is larger % will go down, RM989.40. Another watami get you 3% meaning charged amount will be RM959.72

Effective 4.028% without considering pos online system charge.

Worth the trouble?

if use cimb plat cash rebate to pay and treated as e-commerce spent, 3+5%, more rebate...

i tried to pay AEON Gold Visa with watami card, but it doesn't work, seem like the system got bug.
after i key in watami card details, it just says wait and click on "View Transaction History" for the status, it doesn't ask for TAC or anything.
when i check the history, it shows unsuccessful.

so it prove cannot pay within same bank...not sure can use other bank credit card to pay or not...

you cannot use a credit card to pay off another credit card (non BT)

Yeah, if this is possible then there would be soooo many ways to exploit money from the banks already, bank is not so stupid to fall for such primitive scheme.

i am not sure if its something they implemented to prevent paying credit card with credit card or the "payment by credit card" just not working.
if anyone got bill to pay, perhaps can try to pay the bill with credit card to see if it works.

I remembered I read here that doing BT will also be given Aeon point.
I want to confirm is it also apply to Watami card?
I called up the CS, she said no point will be given to BT and instalment, only retail spending get points.
Or was it a promo in the above cases?
Anyone can share experience and when the BT was approved (Dec last year, this year, etc)

29 Mac - Apply watami - fill up form, email payslip
08 April - Received a call for enquiry, confirmation
16 April - got notification of package from Pos Malaysia
17 April - take the card, call to activate. Walla

Yes... monthly BT payment gets 1x Bonus Points via AEON WATAMI CC

can the bt be done for amex? or only for visa/master allowed?
