My quarterly rebate is in but I received more than RM150. Since I am not able to view the statement yet, I guess the extra rebate comes from the Sunday petrol rebate. Very efficient!

I went to Aeon Credit Service counter to redeem 12500 points.
(1) I was told that I will not be able to receive the RM50 Aeon voucher on the spot. It will be mailed to me instead. Is this true? So I take the other option, which is to redeem for cash rebate of RM50. (2) I was made to fill up the redemption form and they also made a photocopy of my IC. Do you guys face the same procedure that the form need to be enclosed with a photocopy of IC? (3) I was told that the RM50 cash back will be credited within 1 to 2 months. How fast do you guys get your cash back credited? If all the 3 points above are true, that is one really inefficient process! |
