All these while I thought RM50 is Watami Dining Rebate, not for GST rebate. That's why when I call up CS, they told me no such thing as GST offset but RM50 is Watami Dining Rebate.yes.

u guys got get the extra 5% rebate when using Aeon Watami card on 28th December 2013 in Aeon Big outlets? Mine don't have the rebate..weird..

they said my rebate is missed out..should be getting it in my january 2014 statement..already highlight to them and they are under investigation..please let me know if any of u facing the same issue also..thx!

i think there will be a RM50 cash back when u used twice after your card approval..there will be a RM50 Watami credit available but only can be deducted when u use it at watami..

Just talk with CS.. They say that is because exchange rate fluctuation, so nothing is wrong.. Fluctuate up to 17%?? Luckily i just make small transaction, lost about rm10.. Already ask CS to record my complaint, but they keep insist on exchange fluctuation.. Should i make further report or complaint?

i use my credit card at taiwan. why there is a big differrent exchange rate for two days?

visa at that day is around rm1= twd9.

5 January 2014-sunday watson, twd1206 = rm123.68. the rate is 9.75 (extremely high)

6 January 2014-monday watson, twd399 = rm 44.04, the rate is 9.05 (same like visa)

6 January 2014-monday aso shoes, twd 13531 = rm1493, the rate is 9.05 (same like visa), if they give me 9.75 like 5 january-sunday, credit card will only charge me rm1388.

why the rate is different? is that sunday rate is lower? any body know abot it?

i would argue it, try to get historical rate for the day and present your case. I suspect they will use the excuse of "This is what's been charged by Visa". Perhaps making contact with visa to clarify as well?

I believe the above is not true.... there's no RM50 GST Offset given for 2nd and subsequent years... only RM50 WATAMI Voucher will be sent to your address.

What's the best payment method for Watami card up to date? I always do walk-in to AEON to pay cash via counter/cash in machine... :/
