For some reason the valentino gang is respawning indefinitely, i've been circling the El Coyote Cojo bar (At jackie apartment) for 2 hours, they just keep respawning, endless looting lol

if im not mistaken theres no mentioning of when we can get apperance changes in game right? and no mods offer full tweaks (including hair color)?
If true kinda shocking until now still nothing on that. Ive just recently replaying after a few weeks off and still find some very annoying bugs rear its head. |

Hotfix 1.12 is now available on PC. This update addresses the vulnerability that could be used as part of remote code execution (including save files): Fixed a buffer overrun issue. Removed/replaced non-ASLR DLLs. |
