It is based on a tabletop game so I imagine some story backdrops are provided, but it probably isn't going to be as vast as the Witchers.

i'm concerned though, this close to release and what they shown really doesnt wow me. But nothing really does these days.. hmm

dont feel the same way.. of all the games put out nowdays that are super guilty of that i dont feel witcher 3 is one of them

motion blur is a must turn off.. and in my case getting a high refresh rate and UW screen helps.

I used to not be able to play Witcher 3, felt terrible seasickness worse than any fps. Largely gone after the upgrade, and possible some room fengshui adjustments helps too.. lol

Cyberpunk in FPS just feels natural to me, as I'm all used to Deus Ex. Played it since the original.

Yes, I'm replaying it now in a much slower pace to appreciate the beauty of the game. Still one of the best!

OTOH I've heard good news on Cyberpunk from trusted sources so I'm relieved.

Man, i had long wished for some intense art upgrades, but with it being so close to release, guess im not getting that.

I think it looks closer to Outer Worlds than Blade Runner.. cartoonic and cheesy compared to Witcher 3.

This morning i start it up, went to the virtual bar and toilet..

...and now back to the real world working

and these games in the same reign and complexity all starts with shit tonnes of bugs, just a matter of whether they're going to be iron out by competent devs

Yes and DXMD performance are still piss poor..

But yeah..many things can be improved on CP2077 on current state, they better get on it

Night city is the stand out achievement this time around, I would love to see other devs try to top that.

Haven't had any crashes, just immersion breaking bugs.

Much better gaming exp compared to, ime the recent COD annoyance.

But you just see there's so much potential to Night City, I hope they keep polishing and adding stories to the game. Not multiplayer stuff zzzzzz

with chromatic aberration off gives me 10-20 fps increase, 3700x+3070

CDPR deserves the flak for releasing in such state, no doubt about it but i still enjoy this tremendously despite the bugs and lack of polish

a bit of a deja vu cause it reminds me of my first time playing fallout2 some 20 years ago, a buggy mess but such a wonderful game

personally i wouldn't trade this off for any or all Ubi open world games

CP2077 is disappointing, no doubt. More people has already spoken out, I hope we will find out what's really behind the scene (Schreier??) as something is definitely wrong there.

hmm..after all these years and stupid PC upgrades the game that satisfies the most to me is still FM2021 hahahaha
