I have made a deal with this guy regarding his A64 venice 3200+ n 2x512mb kingston with the price of RM 780.At 1st he says he wants to use DHL service as he dont trust poslaju...n i said ok....then because the price of DHL is rather expensive...we made a deal that i pay additional rm 20 for the DHL service as he would pay the remainding....so that was the deal...after i make my payment of rm 800 on 8 feb 06 at 3.40pm...he then start pending the item...giving reasons that he is bz...out of town...no time...blah...blah....
This is on for a week till he at last gv me a postlaju tracking number(WTF??) i tought DHL?? but nvm...so i called postlaju hotline to verify wether the number is valid or not..unfortunately it is not...(WTF again??) so i called him to settle this matter but he keeps on saying that he did send the item n he promise me to go n check the postlaju office next week...n i agreed with him....
When the day reach...he sms me saying that he would gv me a full refund of rm 800..(oh yeah its about time...)but then he keeps on pending his payment for around 1 week or 2....i keeps on sms-ing him abt his payment till he finally reply me that he dont have any cash rite now....(WTF again n again...!!) so he promise me to pay in installment at rm 200 every 4-5 days....so i juz agree ler...if he keeps his promise then his last payment for the installment would be at 14 march 2006.... but then he onli manage to pay me rm 250 on 6 march 2006 i had yet to check... then no news till last week....n he gave me the same excuse....n that is " i m now out of town...can u pls wait a few days till i m back in town?" oh great.... now my rig will have to wait again till i get my refund back to buy a new mobo...

Last time he had issues with quit a numbers of forumer for MX518 bulk too. Kept seeing his name on and off on these matter.

He want buy my AMD64 3000+ but want pay deposit then when item reach at his place, he will pay the balance.

I ever bought 1 psu and dvd rom from him in 2004 so far no problem...but now i think have to beware if trade with him.

Just one question that has been floating in my head since the first day I've been reading the Trade Dispute Resolution threads.

Why can't you guys just do COD? If it's from another state, then just don't buy it?

I think thats the most simple and efficient rule to curb out conmen.

Even when I'm selling something, and a buyer from another state offers me a very tempting price, I still reject them.

Sold a 7800GT to him and he didn't pay me. Wouldn't answer my calls and keep saying I'll pay you later.
I only got my money back after calling his sister, who lives in Ampang in KL. I'm not sure if I still have her number but I might, if you all want it I'll try and find it.. I do still have her address.

OK Fine, Clarification: Our deal was RM1250, he paid me RM1000, and the remaining delayed it for weeks after weeks before a call to his sis got me the money the same day. He refused to answer my phone and reply to my SMS, leaving me to no choice.

I don't need to start a War of Words with you. Windy87 started this thread due to the fact that he was very upset at me for not fulfilling my part of the Gentlemen Agreement. That is all. And FYI, as at 1.42pm today, all the monies due to him have been paid.

I've been trading on this forum since 2003. My trade list is full proof I'm not a Scam. I can confidently say that out of all trades I've conducted on this forum (From a Sales point of view), 98% have been successful. And 99% of these successful trades were with our fellow forumers from West Malaysia. And this includes the AMD Barton cpu I bought from you almost 1-half years ago. The 2% bad trades, I am brave enough to admit have been failures due to various reasons. But one thing is for sure, I accept full resposibility for those bad trades. The most damaging of all these bad trades were the unsuccessful bulks I conducted back in late 2004.

And I am very sure you misunderstood my last post to Hikaru. When I stated "What is the problem?", what I meant was what else does he want from me when I don't even owe him.

So, for you to blindly judge and give yr baseless and unconstructed criticism of me regarding this expensive hobby is just not right.

Well....its comfirmed that he banked in the rest of the debts of the amount of rm 500 to me as i juz checked in the afternoon juz now...So the total rm800 is finally paid off after 6 long consecutive months.

After reading through this. I believe that anyone who is going to deal with WMA is taking very big risk and doing a rather foolish act.

Clearly WMA has caused trouble for a few forumer. Not only that. HE doesn't even seem to show any remorse for his actions. He couldn't even say a simple sorry. Instead, he has shown a very rude attitude and OMG even has the nerve to justify his actions. He seems to think that as long as you get the money, everything is right.
