Lazada order status become cancel because they have not verify my credit card, Friday night they call and ask me to send picture of my credit card and obviously they did not do the work and 48 hours laps and system automatically cancel the order.

now trying to verify with them. if stay cancel, i will buy from SatuGadget la.

AP set is RM266 less, if no problem, can buy.

Seriously. There are serious flaws with the Note 2 and Android. Having said that, i have been a keen user of Apple products, but this doesn't change the fact over complaints i have accumulated over the use of Note 2 and Android. Here's my hands on review of the Note 2 since i acquired it in Nov 2012.


Resolution of screen is just not good enough. While color is good, it just doesn't stand out.

The touch screen has serious serious flaws, sensitivity is at most unpredictable.

Accuracy with finger is horrible, and worse with the S-Pen. You can almost NEVER get the right position with the S-Pen. The uncontrollable sensitivity makes it almost impossible to use at times. Pinch to zoom is JUST HORRIFIC to use! Lags and it just doesn't get to the level you need!

The buttons, I can't recall how many times the ring volume was either turned down or muted due to the absolutely stupid placement of flimsy volume buttons.

Touch sensitive keys, with absolutely no practicability at all. Back button of which you could never predict what it does.

Processor and memory, well yes it does have the top of line processor and memory but it's at most good on paper only. Serious lagging and memory hog, that it is almost unusable at most times if you don't clear the memories manually. And the processor speed is just not noticeable at all. Opening apps can be lagging at most times, which other tasks, not even close to smooth. And did i mention about the heat? Play some games and you can feel the heat of back, REAL HEAT!

Camera is just lousy. And it's just stupid to disallow camera use when battery is low. At first it was just
unable to use flash, and then it just totally restricts camera use.

Browser is NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL! Double tap and it zooms to a level not viewable for anything, it doesn't resize to the columns.

Data speed and connectivity is seriously flawed as well. Connectivity is never stable. Speed is much limited and I know for a fact it's not a issue with service provider. I have an iPhone, an iPad and the Note 2 side by side on Maxis and the Note 2 max out at 4Mbps while the other 2 goes above 10 Mbps.

Apps are just not up to standards. Most of which are developed for the sake of it. Not up to quality or practicability. Having said that I will not judge ALL the apps.

Ok i just need to vent my frustration with the Note 2. There are more other complaints i have but I just need to vent it out.

China Clone Note II sounds like it is.
If you have seen, I did share some photos of a GS seller who tried to sell his clone Note II as original Note II. Busted by forummers last week. It was so close to look like real one.

LOL.. Responds here as expected. Anyway doesn't matter, as I said clearly, I just need to vent out my frustration with my Note 2.

And for those cheapos offering me mere hundreds for it, well you can keep your few cents, i dont need them.

And for those asking why am i still using, well i just own it, as well as a iPhone and also a Blackberry. And i am using all 3 at the same time. And I am 100% confident with my review being objective and straightforward. It is unfortunate to those who cant accept that individuals have rights to their own view, as much as any forum member here has the right to post.

And well, the only reason many of you guys here automatically redirects the comparison to iPhone/iOS even when it wasnt mentioned as so, guess you guys do know the inferiority of the Note 2/Android.

1. Venting frustration is one thing. But the manner you did it leaves a lot to be desired.
2. You have side swiped every single Note2 out there. You could have said from the out-set, you are not happy with YOUR unit.
3. There are many ways to skin a cat as they say and you were not very objective even though you said you are. I will tell you why. The points you raised or problems I should say, were non existent to almost all other Note2s. So, to those who read your rantings, you were not objective. Straightforward perhaps, in fact, overly unnecessarily.
4. And lastly all could see from your sig that you own iProducts and like I said the manner of approach on your part was skewered, thus you cannot blame anyone drawing to that conclusion. If you had done it decently, for want of a better word, none, aw ok, maybe a few, will give you all the flak and if I may add, you brought it upon yourself.

This is a public forum. You can voice what you want but no man is an island and therefore you have to take cognizance of the feelings of others. If you say, you do not care, then it just shows your character or the lack of it.

My iphone 5 frend tested my note 2. and i have to agree with them with few things

spen is almost useless, i seldom use it unless i taking urgent note only. I am still a pen and paper person.

If you are new to android, it take time to get use to the entire system. Not as dumb-proof Ios interface. Even the stupids can use it, android take a certain bit of intelligent.
To compare more realistically, even lembu can use ios, but android you need to at least to be a monyet

that said, i still burthurt them when i can play game and watch movie on bigger screen compared to theirs. Best of all, my note 2 last longer than their. Walk past them and say "Ehh battery die ad?" 

Would like some feedback.. I just got a oem.. usb to hdmi cable for note 2.. however facing this issue where very frequentm. After successful connection.. it keeo getting disconnected.. anyone else have same problem.. any settings or is issue with oem

Let's put this into picture okay.

Note 2 and iPhone 4s / 5 are no match for each other. Simple. One is a basic smart phone, the other is an all in one 'phablet' which allows you to have best of both world (tablet / phone) in one device.

Most important feature of the Note 2 that has the MOST SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGE over the iPhone 1-5? BATTERY LIFE. Can your iPhone do a full day H+ with one single charge? Let me give you the answer. No.

It's not about being a fan boy or whatsoever. It's about opening your eyes to see other things as well. Don't be a frog in a well.

Need help anyone.... my note 2 screen just cracked by itself when i'm changing the casing,i'm quite soft but somehow it just cracked by itself... may i know whether samsung provide warranty for this? T.T

i never ever press the front face as the casing is not very tight

This morning, 2 hours only, no data or wifi on, it drops 5% straight... check with BBS, it is kernel wakelocks, then not much details to see... check with app sucker.. .it was my phone android OS took 25% of the juice... then found out it was all these kworker ...

Based on that post , I am always puzzled by my settings . Should i disable or left it as default
