when sleeving need to use blue flame to get the best result. Although normal lighter works well, there is still some possibility of the yellow flame to touch the heatshrink thus causing it to look "burned" with that black mark making it look ugly laugh.gif

nope, just put it for fun hahaha. Usually when you install graphic card it will bend slightly so I didnt want to add stress to the pcb therefore I used it as a support. I am just a little paranoid like that biggrin.gif it will do just fine without the screwdriver laugh.gif

So I did the usual process, install cpu, mobo standoff etc..before putting on the waterblock with thermal paste I decided to open it to take a look inside & what a horror!!! Oxidation so badly, this is basically my fault though. I run the loop for 2days & drained it for some changes but didnt let the components to dry properly & just left it there to dry itself haha. Also if you notice the o-ring somehow left those black marks on the copper & it was hard to remove it even with vinegar. Not exactly sure what is going on but I hope it dosen't leak. o-ring condition is still good though...

The usual vinegar + warm water + lime solution

So since I am doing push + pull config, available space is quite tight considering I am using RX radiators. To make sure I have sufficient spacing, I made myself 120mm fan body to estimate the distance when installing my loop. This is because I dont have any 120mm fans spare & the sp120 fans I ordered will arrive in 3weeks time laugh.gif

Started with cable sleeving, just the internal I/O cables only though, psu cables haven't yet and oh boy it was time consuming alright. Took me more than 2hours to get it done. Hard since I had to sleeving while standing & the cables are quite thick & of different sizes.

Basically its one of the best tubing out there currently that wont have plasticizer issues, well non so far. Interested in getting? brows.gif in case if you not sure what is plasticizer, refer to my previous post on the test I did on tubing... biggrin.gif

Also here reply from mayhems to someone asking similar question yesterday... So yeah, pretty much best tubing out there in the market currently thumbup.gif

Bro I am going to start taking orders for primochill primoflex advance lrt & durelene tubing. I have a shipment coming end of this month contains 10ft primochill (Bloodshed Red) 1/2 3/4, durelene & primochill 7/16 5/8. Let me know if you are interested in any of this sizes. PM me for price.

Its a small shipment because I need to figure out taxes & exact shipping cost, but a friend of mine already made payment for the 7/16 5/8 primochill tubing size. If everything goes well I can take more orders in the future, ONLY for tubing though.

Update: I am currently working on a article or more like a compilation of information & data that I can find in the internet regarding plasticizers & how different tubing compares. Once I am done with it, I will ask mayhems permission if its ok to share it out to the public since most of the information comes from him. My only objective is to educate the users to go for quality tubing as it will save them time & maintenance effort and also to give a proper explanation on what its all about & why it might not be a concern to you.

Its almost done 80%? lol, and some editing here & there as my grammar isnt the best since english wasn't excatly my first language tongue.gif
