i try to find api freshwater master kit but cant find it. just find the normal test tube with solution type one.
i think my filter like yours kytz. just mine have three part. i put bioring at the water inlet part. so now i see your aquarium is small. ps if i wanna to change the fish, guppy is simple n easy but tetra is good. but dont over crowded. one male three female is nice for guppy in that aquarium imho. |

i put my bio ring just like that. ya guppy can breed like mad. i u dont wanna them breed so all male can. i afraid tetra like neon tetra need more space coz they like be in school and swimming all around. other tetra never have experience

QUOTE(jctasoga @ Feb 20 2013, 09:37 AM) syafiq, if urs is hob, the waterfall will introduce some bubbles. its normal. ok, so i assume it come from the hob filter if its canister filter and quite noisy, then maybe got air inside the cannister. Or maybe its just simple pearling (plants giving out oxygen bubbles) either way, nothing to be afraid of if ur fishes is going ok. |

strip is more easy + economical imho coz u just take one test, can have all the readings. + u cant have any experience with test tube broken (its me haha)

QUOTE(jctasoga @ Feb 20 2013, 04:17 PM) both strip or the liquid are ok. its not necessary to have all the reading accurately. but it could be a real challenge if you are colour blind like me. i can't distinguish the shade of greens to yellow until it really a bright yellow in the co2 indicator... haha... ya i think i will buy nitrate test kit today coz i cant take any readings. both ph and ammonia test tube broken. i think at least u need to have ph, ammonia and nitrate test kit. |
